Crushing ---------------I'm speechless. No words to describe this loss. The worst totals beat of the year. Downright ugly.

I'm still steaming.
Is this a bad sign of things to come ???????????
Or just plain bad luck.

I usually swallow up my losses and cap the next as usual but this one hurt and not so much in the pocket but in the confidence department.

Confidence??? Coincident!!! I was convinced it would be under and felt all the game I was gonna lose. We have won many by a half a point and lost as many by a half a point. Feels great to win and hurts like a hell to lose. But that was yesterday and has nothing to do with capping or confidence. Stop scaring people around here Socrates. Many quit their day job since youre capping and waht are they gonna do now???Youre an addict and cant quit even if you try.

No, no, 44dimes, please don't pack it in.

Think of it this way -- you were spot-on with the Over for three quarters of the game; only the last quarter blew it.

I noticed that the Storm covered extremely easy on the first game -- I'd like to pick out a home-team favorite who'd likely easily cover... that's the easiest ticket to winning in the playoffs, I think.

Don't quit I've been tailing u and made some dough. It was a low blow. I had the over also in some parlays like lsu and under over was looking really good when 4th quarter started. Then Indi couldn't score and the miss freethrows at the end.

Keep your head up man. We were on the correct side all the way till the very end . It was an ugly ending.

After reading all of this, I'm tempted to watch the game again

I just have one quick question...

HOW THE darn did that happen?

Hard to point to any single "incident" for ripping defeat from sure victory, but late in the game, the "technical foul" chick with a 73% free throw percentage throws up two bricks and then 10 secs. later the Liberty misses an in-and-outer--turning a gift into a disaster.

Think anyone Over 146 had a sinking feeling after that mini-trainwreck.

Im not one to call fix,but damn, they were on pace for 160 after the 3rd 1/4 and then Ind.cant shot and the pace was a crawl,I knew around 6 min.mark it was going to miss by a couple points, but a 1/2 point loss had me ready to throw something at work against any of the 22 TVs we have there Run and Gun for 3 1/4s and then its like do not pass 146, I  wouldnt blame you if you did quit,I would tail that.

IMO the pick was correct, with more than 8 minutes to go in the 3rd only 24 points were needed.

Besides, after the Technichal, not only NY missed 2, but next play Indiana missed one.

With that all, with a 72 tie, 48 seconds to go, NY kicks the ball, giving a new shot clock to indiana instead of focusing in offense. A basket with about 15 second would have been enough for the over,
