#7 Posted: 8/27/2012 1:20:05 PM I have a couple benavidez bets already. He may not be quite as quick as Johnson, but I like his power
I really like Bisping - I see him and Stann being very similar fighters, but Bisping better in all areas. I don't think the fight will hit the mat, and I think Bisping wins a dec
leanin matyshenko - Hamill never uses his wrestling, eeven though it prob wouldn't work in this fight. He always seems tentative to me. And Vlad loves to fight
Dunham/Grant - beauty fight. Love em both. Should be extremely close
Oliveira/Swanson - another beaut, and I expect Cub to continue his momentum. Prob a KO |

#14 Posted: 8/30/2012 12:31:41 AM I like benevidez but -275 seems out of whack...
Also stann +155 could be valuable...we only know what happened to bisping the last time he fought a dude who throws this hard... |

#16 Posted: 8/30/2012 12:36:39 AM also St Pierre -350 vs condit is about right...that condit-diaz fight was a joke...lay-off or no lay-off, i'm sure GSP was laughing during that fight.
Anyway, i'm thinking the over is the way to go in the Condit fight. No Way Condit finishes him and we all know how GSP wins fights, the boring way... |

#19 Posted: 8/30/2012 4:50:23 PM Saw, we'll have to disagree to a certain extent...I mean almost no one throws as hard as Hendo's over-hand right in that weight class, but Stann is very dangerous, just ask Leben, who rarely gets knocked...Sonnen didn't even spend one second standing with him...he was like darn this, I'll just take him down...I think Bisping will trade and it might end up costing him...plus, Stann's still raw, so who knows how much improvement will see in the take-down D this time. I mean, it couldnt' get any worse than the Sonnen fight... |

While Stann does hit hard Heno's power is legendary, their not really on the same level power wise and Leben was pretty sick before he fought Stann.

#22 Posted: 9/4/2012 2:30:51 AM Bisping has been dropped a few times but he has excellent recovery, we've seen it over and over. Stann can win, but I think if he does it's going to be a decision where he's landing combos and knocking Bisping around the cage, and basically making him look pretty ineffective.
I like Bisping though, I think he'll work his standard game and mix in takedowns as well.

#25 Posted: 9/5/2012 2:49:27 AM I respectfully think you guys are playing with fire with this Bisping fight. I think there's a good chance he gets knocked out. If I were him, I'd just take Stann down. His take-down d vs Sonnen was beyond terrible. Short of him imploring a lay-and-pray strategy, I think he could be in trouble on the feet... |
