Not related to week 3 but felt like putting in some futures with my Ravens. Besides getting them at +5000 to win Super Bowl 51 back in January, I'm also going to add..
Ravens to win AFC North +340
Ravens to win AFC Championship +1500
20 on each. And 52 to win Super Bowl. After a few weeks everyone, the media, analysts is talking shieet about my Ravens and nobody is giving them a chance to go far, not even to make the playoffs and that kind of pisses me off.
"Ravens are the worst 2-0 team to start the season." Didnt the same critics say the Ravens were the best 1-6 team last year? Well make up your mind which is it? The criticisms are warranted though. Ravens struggled to beat two sub-par teams, winning it ugly in the 4th quarter when "good" teams should blow them out for 4 quarters. But let me tell you.. winning ugly aint so bad as teams that are winning pretty either. Tell that to the 15-1 Panthers or the 16-0 Patriots. Its not how you start, its how you finish.
I have every confidence the Ravens will be battle-tested come January and are a much better team than a year ago. They have the right group of veterans to lead, and young players who are already making a difference. This is a Ravens team that has improved but still has room for more improvement. They added more depth in all positions of their roster(due to all the injuries that occured last year), something that seems to have been overlooked. I love when teams are flying under the radar. love it when my Ravens are overlooked. See you again in the AFC Championship, Brady.
