As Rafiki said "the king has returned". Welcome back to another year of my complete dominance over my colleague. We're talking USA Olympics type of dominance. Last year I took you to the promise land while Snowstradamus took you to the homeless shelter. I spit out fire while he spit out semen. I brough home the bacon while he brought home the swine flu. This year will begin the same way last year ended..with me on top of the betting world and on top of his mom. Welcome back football I'm glad see you, but I'm not glad you bring out trolls like Snowstradamus. Here's to another year of getting paid like the Catalina Wine Mixer. Here's to a year of getting rich and famous while Snowstradamus uses his inner Lochte and Kaepernick to just get attention. Snowstradamus is essentially the Brandon Weeden to my Aaron Rodgers. Here's to a year of me rolling on the money train on the way to Pound Town, while Snowstradamus is on the Choo Choo express to New Orleans during Katrina. Welcome back football!!!!
Tampa Bay over 47.5 Jameis Winston is poised to be a superstar, the muscle hamster is in full force, and Mike Evans is an animal. Davonte Freeman and Julio Jones should make that balanced Atlanta offense dangerous. Expect points early and often!
Green Bay over 47.5 Aaron Rodgers has chip on his shoulder after last year, Jordy Nelson is back, Eddie Lacy isn't fat anymore. On the other side Blake Bortles just keeps getting better, with both WR named Allen healthy and a big addition in the running game, this offense should be able to put up some points.
Oakland +2.5 I don't care what anyone thinks about the Saints at home, that Oakland defense should be good this year along with Derek Carr establishing himself as one of the top QBs in the league. This game is the transition between ushering out the old school and ushering in the new school. Oakland straight up!

2016, no fluff, just cold hard facts. Bowes is a microcosm of the world as we see it today. "Everyone is mediocre, everyone gets the same amount, everyone is equal." Well guess what ladies and gentlemen, the Patriarch of Anarchy has returned, and he's burning down all of your safe spaces and chances are you're going down with them. Consider this a trigger warning of the highest regard. What I will do to Bowes this year will essentially end his sports betting career. Think of him as Wes Welker reaching up for yet another over thrown Peyton Manning duck and I'm Ronny Lott, poised to give him that one last bone jarring concussion that will have him drooling all over his bib for the next 30 years. He's had his moment in the sun, kind of like a younger brother who gets a no look sucker punch in on his bigger, better looking, more athletic (I could go on but for the sake of expediency I won't) older brother and claims victory before running back inside the house to hide behind his mother. Only not even sweet, majestic Debbie can save him from the wrath of Chernobyl-like destruction that awaits him.
People like Bowes are the reason they give out participation trophies. That essentially what last year was. I mean honestly, what can I say about Bowes that hasn't already been said about, oh I don't know, Ryan Lochte? Because I'm Michael Phelps. I'm the one printing money over here. Bowes is riding my coattails, getting a few lucky wins, and trying to prove the world he can actually step up with me, and it's adorable. You see I'm a man of the people. As Russell Crowe was once told "Win the crowd, and you win your freedom." I'm the people's champion. A common man with a knack for winning and seasonal beer. Bowes is exactly what happens when we tell kids they can be anything they want and that they're special. They actually start believing it and next thing you know they think they can step to us more gifted, more talented, better looking people. Consider this one big microaggression. (Macroaggression?)
LET'S MAKE SOME MONEY Green Bay -4.5 Not catching me with a double trap. I think so many people are falling for this, and going "Oh that a trap, take the Jags" but, as per usual, Snowstradamus is ahead of the curve. Green Bay by at least a TD
New England +7.5 Bellichick has had all off season to prepare for this. I don't think they will have anywhere near as bad of a time as people are thinking, and also I think the Cardinals are a bit overrated. They win by a late FG
Seattle -10.5 Anyone that's read this blog (so like 4 people total) knows I love a big favorite at home. So this should come as no surprise to anyone. Seattle by 14.

1-2 last week, tough one with Green Bay. Here's week 2.
Pitt. -3 An at home spread of -3 means Vegas thinks these teams are even, and I disagree. I like Pitt in this game because I think they are much better where is matters most. At quarterback.
Indy +6.5 Denver was jacked last Thursday for the game, and I'm expecting a classic letdown. Andrew Luck minimizes mistakes, and keeps this game within a field goal.
Arizona -7 Winston is going to be an absolute star, but he's going to hit some bumps along the way. They're rising high right now, but Arizona has their back against the wall, and I think they come out swinging early. Cards by 8.

Last week ended the same way last year ended. Another week of domination for me and another week of misery for Snowstradamus. His picks make about as much since as stopping bleeding from a shotgun wound with a tampon. Let's face it he is nothing more than Charles Lee to my George Washington. He craps the bed, tries to blame other for his lack of ability to keep up, and then he ends up total disaster. He's about 1 more losing week away from becoming as irrelevant in the sports world as Ryan Lochte. Here I am dropping bombs like Hiroshima and he's throwing smoke bombs in the girls bathroom while giggling outside of the door because that's how miserable his life is. Someone call Dr Bennett olawu because snowstradamus is one more awful week away from being diagnosed with CTE ( chronic testicle evacuation) or ABS (amateur betting syndrome).
Colts +6.5. Let's no kid ourselves here, this line is fools gold. Overreaction to Denver winning last week. Denver can't hit Luck the way the hit cam or they'll get ejected. Colts win a close one!
Panthers -12.5. Big home favorites are fun. Panthers need to rebound from week 1 and San Francisco isn't nearly as good as Mr fisher made them look. Panthers by 17 ( one defensive td)
Bear over 42.5. Let's be honest this game will be less than fascinating, but when a line screams over this hard in the NFL that means it's going over.

I've learned many things in my almost 30 years of life. Such as: Don't pee on electric fences. (Should be self explanatory) Don't trust a burrito street vendor on Bourbon Street after 2am,(again, I shouldn't have to explain) and don't bet money on Andrew Luck. It's going to be hard, but I just can't justify laying anymore hard earned dollars down, hoping for him to cover the spread. We had a 3-0 week all but guaranteed, and the Colts found a way to blow it. But still a 2-1 profit none the less. Here's week 3's picks.
Buffalo +4.5 This is nothing but a fade. Everything I see and feel says take Arizona, they're better at almost every position. And I'm STILL not sold on Tyrod Taylor. Which is why a 4.5 point line just looks very fishy. Give me the points, and don't be shocked if buffalo sneaks a backdoor TD at the end to win outright.
New Orleans -2.5 The Saints seem to always come up big in prime time games. And I expect them to win the battle of the dumpster fires.
Chicago +6.5 Teams now have film on Prescott, even though the Bears have an offense made of glass, I expect them to keep this game competitive, and lose by a late FG.

Last week we were a last minute Von Miller screw job from going 6-0 total. God I hate that Von Miller. As usual Snowstradamus is still behind. I'm starting to believe he just likes the view of my backside. His betting is more comical than a Kevin Hart standup gig. As I sit here reminded of how blessed I am that I was actually born with a brain compared to my scarecrow friend, I am reminded just how sad and broke he leaves all of his followers. He leaves your bank account destroyed and empty like walmart electronic section after a Charlotte riot. It's only week 3 but Snowstradamus will be only life support before the start of week 4. Lucky for him I'll just pull the plug and end it quickly.
Jaguars +2.5 - I'm still a believer in the jags. This is a must win game, they're at home, and they have a chip on their shoulders after a poor outing last week. Jacksonville wins outright.
Oakland -1.5. The titans beat a bad lions team and now people believe the smallest hype. Oakland lost a tough game last week and their defense has alot to prove. Carr and that offense becomes way too much for that defense and Oakland wins by double digits
Colts -1.5 Luck won't start 0-3 he's too good for that. At home, this game screams shootout, but colts get a couple extra defensive stops and score late.

Another 3-0 weekend! This race is getting out of hand and it just started. He's the Grinch to my Santa Claus. I bring you gifts of joy and paydays, while Snowstradamus sneaks in your house, steals all your gifts then leaves you with a bag of hot steamy crap. It's not easy being as bad as him at this, but he has turned this into an art form that he's perfected. Look on the bright side, this is week 4 of 17 your nightmare will be over in 13 more weeks.
Redskins -7.5. Cleveland has been playing everyone tough and we know the NFL is great for wrecking trends. Skins win by double digits
Saints under 54. Drew brees on the road, must I say more?
49ers +1.5. This is a perfect letdown spot for Dallas. Chip Kelly against the NFC east again. Yes betting the 49ers is scary, but we're avoiding the Dallas trap

Tampa Bay +3.5 I keep waiting for the Broncos to fall back to earth, and I think this is the week. Don't be surprised if the Bucs win this one outright. Jameous Winston is going to be a star, and I think he takes a huge step forward with a big game today.
Car/ATL UNDER 48.5 Two high powered offenses get all the headlines, but I expect Matt Ryan to struggle early in this game, which will help keep the total down.
Giants +4 Giants are my sleeper this year. And everyone is on the Vikings bandwagon right now. Classic fade, Vikings win by a late FG

I'm In the mountains with sketchy service, the panthers are 1-3, and we just had our only losing week of the season so far. This week's blog I will be applying the KISS method. Keep It Simple Stupid. No worries, it's hard to embarrass snowstradamus when he's perfected the art of embarrassing himself.
Lions +3.5. Wentz is due a letdown, Stafford is due a big game, and Detroit is getting points at home
Cincy -2.5. Prescott hasn't played a decent defense yet and dallas has no answer to AJ green.
Panthers -4. One of the few teams who have a back up QB that still controls and dominates the game...the panthers can't go 1-4..can they??

Giants +7 I will go down with the ship when it comes to the Giants. I t would not surprise me if they win this game out right. But I can't see the Packers blowing them out. And I think the public is giving Green Bay a little more credit than they deserve so far this season. Green Bay by 3.
Cleveland +10 I backed off the Bills bet last week. Not this week. The Browns are better than people think. And even Tom Brady will have to get back into rhythm. Pats by 7.
Atlanta/Denver UNDER 45 Denver will not allow Julio Jones to beat them today. I think both teams will struggle early on on offense.

I sit here ashamed. Ashamed that for 2 weeks in a row that I haven't had winning weeks, ashamed that my winning percentage is down to 67%, ashamed that I still affiliate with the likes of a low life snowstradamus. It's time that I make better life choices, clean up shop, and get this all back under control. The pound town express is back on the tracks and next stop is the bank, where Betty can be my personal banker. I'm bringing more heat than when snowstradamus goes to pee (see what I did there). I'm here to deliver the goods while Snowstradamus delivers the failure. He's basically the kid who studies and studies for his test just to receive a 60 and is highly disappointed bc he thought he was better than he actually is. No worries son, daddy is here to be a good role model and teach you the ways of the wise.
49ers +8..ok yea this one scares me a little. This is a storyline bet. The NFL loves storylines. To top it off the 49ers are due a cover. 8 points is just a little too high for buffalo.
KC -2. I HATE choosing against the Raiders, but with Jamaal Charles back and coming off the bye week, I think the chiefs win a big game. Andy Reid teams are 15-2 after a bye week.
Carolina -2.5. This is just a fishy line. The saints at home, the panthers off of a loss. Something don't add up. CAM is back and the panthers defense has to show up at some point. Carolina for a huge win

Jets +7.5 Jets aren't that bad. And the Cardinals aren't that good. Both show flashes of brilliance, and ineptitude. Cardinals by a field goal.
Dallas +5 Dallas' offensive line is just too good. I think they win this game out right, so +5 is a spread I love
Carolina -2.5 I know I said I'd never do this. But the season has gone to hell and desperate times call for desperate measures. The Panthers will absolutely dominate today. Take it to the bank.

I hate to disappoint all 4 of my faithful readers, but I'm out of state and have a titans tailgate to attend and other big plans so the blog is going to be cut short.

Green Bay +3 Anytime Aaron Rodgers is getting points, I'll take them. As I've stated before I believe the Falcons are a tad overrated, and I think the Packers get it together, and win this one out right.
New Orleans +1 Drew Brees getting points at home. Nothing else.
San Diego +3.5 Rivers keeps it within a field goal. Trust.

Denver +1 I think the Raiders are destined to be a great team, and compete for superbowls very soon. But there will still be some growing pains for Derrick Carr. And that starts today. I like the Broncos outright.
San Francisco +4.5 Drew Brees on the west coast. I think they win, but by a late FG.
Seattle -7 I like big favorites at home. And I think Seattle's defense will create alot of opportunities for their struggling offense.

Another week, another dominant performance, and were on a 5-1 heater. It was quite refreshing finally seeing my colleague hit the profit side one week. He has been in worse shape than a Hurricane Matthew victim. I'm still running at nearly 67% for the season and will settle for nothing shy of 70%. As i sit here with my current back injury (not just from carrying snowstradamus all year) , i cant help but ponder a few questions for the remaining part of the NFL season. 1. Is Derek Carr the future face of the NFL? 2. Is Tom Brady seriously just getting better the older he gets? 3. Will Jerry Jones be a complete moron and re-insert Tony Romo into the starting lineup?
4. How God awful is Jared Goff considering Case Keenum is still starting? Or is Jeff Fisher just an absolute idiot who somehow received a contract extension?
5. How does Snowstradamus continue to have a less than .500 record half way through the season, continue to post a blog with no shame, and continue leading people to bankruptcy with no remose? He may as well be a betting man's Bernie Madoff. Im no Moses, but this is your Exodus from the land of Snowstradmus. Follow now or forever feel the pain.
Panthers -3. Yes i may regret this, but there is one deciding factor in my opinion on this entire game (please note question 4 above)
Chargers over 47: the chargers have been great at home this year. Especially on offense!
Ravens +3. Giving the ravens points at home versus their biggest rival. Also the ravens have struggled to run the ball and have been passing the ball over 40 times. That spells success against a week steelers secondary that ranks 26th against the pass.

We were a cheap backdoor push from being 3-0 last week. We may as well call that Snows mom! It's been a dominating performance this season and we're now riding right at 70%. It's time to finish this in a bigger landslide than Donald trump vs the wicked witch.
Bears -2.5. Scary betting for the bears but TB is banged up and their defense is 28th against the run. Cutler can sling it, but jordan howard has been impressive.
GB -3. I refuse to think Rodgers could be below .500 after 10 weeks. Tennessee has a decent defense, but not enough to slow down Rodgers.
Pitt -3. This is a perfect bounce back scenario for the steelers and a perfect let down spot for the cowboys. Steelers at home, vs a mediocre pass defense. I'll take my chances

New Orleans -3 Major trap here. I like the saints by a touchdown.
San Francisco+13.5 This line started off at +11.5, and has gone up to +13.5, that's good value, especially when your talking about this big of a spread in a professional game
Pittsburgh-3 I think the Cowboys come back down to earth this week. Big Ben by a touchdown.
