will be traveling soon, somewhere in parts of Asia

anyone know of places (internet or stores) that sell gold bars or bullions or coins?

was in Dubai and they sell bars at the airport!  craze!

let me know how much of a premium you have to pay

I've made two trips down to the local coin shop lately, and they didn't have gold eagles either time. bought a couple silver 10oz bars and they had one gold maple. silver is for spending, asians like silver, i'm content with buying more silver then gold.

i'm not sure if you are familiar with the convertability of currency to gold. an ounce of gold costs all but 1800$ USD, and is about the size of an American quarter. What kind of bank roll are you trying to roll around with??

GO TO THE PEARL CITY MARKET--- OUTSIDE OF BEJING i went there about 5 years ago and they have just about everything

I would only buy gold from reputable places that I trusted...is alot of fakes out there...especially in Asia
