-9 seems a little high, but alot of bets were made on Pitt in the first game to drive the line to make them a favorite. The first games line opened at Wash -1 and if you had that you got the ole push.  I see it opening at -9 for a few reasons:

1. Pitt is outstanding at rebounding, and Washingtons top rebounder is out.

2. Washington leading scorer is also out and they're on the road. They barely pulled out with a win at home.

3. Cross country trip, and home court advantage combined with not having your leading scorer/ rebounder equates to forced shots by Washington and not enough rebounds.

4. Washington will not shoot 60% from 3 point range tonight!

Pitt -5 first half 4u

leaning over 131... Not sure if i'll play the -9, might wait and see how the first half goes and hope pitt is up by 10-15 so the second half line will be washington -2.5 or -3.5 then pound Pitt plus the second half points. 1 unit = $50

Brock Motum, Washington's leading scorer & rebounder didn't play the last game & Wash still won. I agree that -9 is too many points so why not take Wash+9?
