I'll take protein if needed I like to stick with just food generally.  I will do meal replacements however.  I normally drink one of those before I go work out.  Thinking of adding some kind of supplement.  I just don't know which ones are worth a garbage.

What is interesting is you have not stated what weight your aiming for. Its easy to put on the weight and feel strong but one day you will want to be more then lean then big then you go back to shredding the fat.

Thanks for mentioning that.  I actually have cut a lot of fat off my body.  I'm looking a lot more slim working on my 6 pack at this point.  I'm pretty wide in my shoulders my chest could use a little bit of work.  I've cut a lot though I'm fairly slim now.  I'm still lingering about 212 which is good.  My goal weight that I'm ultimately going for is 240.  Big and cut.  That's going to honestly take a few years.  I really like where my body is at this point.  I'm getting big and I'm fairly lean.  Good points though.  I appreciate the post.
