Every year the first weekend in March I hit up Vegas for a work trade show. I use priceline and name my own price. I got accepted by the Trop this year and haven't stayed there since 99. What can you guys tell me about the place now. I know they remodeled their sportsbook but other than that I have no idea.

Tips and suggestions please thanks in advance.

The renovations went pretty well...more of a "South Beach" vibe now....Cantor Gaming runs the book (which is not always a good thing if you like to hand around the book and drink)....

The best part of the Trop is, still, the location.....great access to everything that you could want on the Strip....

Was there in October, the book is great and you can hangout if you want, grab some food bring it back to the table, they have Cantor as VG mentioned and you can stream games on their interactive menus at your seat. The hotel is still old Vegas with a Florida feel to it, but your still in a good location. MGM is a stones throw away from the sportsbook

I will check it out for sure on the friday before the fight- plan on spending the entire day down at that slice of heaven (intersection with MGM -Trop - NYNY - EX) and will report back
