#1 Posted: 6/17/2011 5:56:26 PM 1. Tampa Bay +7 There games are just always close. Even though the records show some differentiation, for those that do not follow arena, this is like Yankees Red Sox in terms of rivalry--the War of I-4. Tampa QB Brian Zbydniewski has been great since he became a starter winning three out of four. I expect this to be close
2. I do not feel as good about, but still putting some money on PHL -5 I bet PHL against Spokane last week and was correct. PHL at home here looks like a good winner as a bounce back game---they are still in the playoff hunt barely...I think they know they need a win and pull it out at home.
Good luck

#2 Posted: 6/17/2011 6:35:39 PM PHL - Is starting Kirsch tonight, not Vena. Hasn't thrown a pass this year...not sure if that will help/hurt Philly. But if the 81pt Tulsa team shows up from last week it wont matter who's at QB for Philly.

Agreed--I put a very small wager on that one. Do you think that vaunted Tulsa offense shows up though?

#4 Posted: 6/17/2011 7:06:26 PM I like a team that just dropped 81pts, more than a team with a QB making his first start.

#5 Posted: 6/17/2011 7:08:00 PM All it takes in AFL is 1 or 2 turnovers and a lead can reach 14-21 with ease...I don't like either team a whole lot...but would lean road team

#8 Posted: 6/17/2011 7:45:13 PM Perfect example of the crazy AFL...Tulsa has 2 fumbles near the goal line of Philly. Last coming on the 1yd line. What should be a 20-7 Tulsa lead is, 7-6 Philly.

#9 Posted: 6/17/2011 7:49:12 PM Then, Philly drives to the Tulsa 5yd line and throws a Pick-6...haha.
13-7 Tulsa.
2 turnovers for each team now.

#10 Posted: 6/17/2011 7:58:10 PM Philly turnover on downs leads to another quick Tulsa strike.
20-7 and in reality should be 34-7

#11 Posted: 6/17/2011 8:17:20 PM 27-14 Tulsa @ Halftime and they get ball to start the 2nd half.
Observations:
Tulsa has 2 fumbles both deep in Philly side, last at the 1yd line...really should be 34-14 at worst.
Philly has 3 INT's, the first 2 coming from first start mistakes as I expected...last on a hailmarry...so that shouldn't count.
Wouldn't be surprised at all to see Vena play for Philly sometime 2nd half.

#13 Posted: 6/17/2011 8:56:27 PM As I expected, Vena opens the 2nd at QB for Philly...and all the sudden it's a game. 34-28 Tulsa with 1min left in the 3rd.

#15 Posted: 6/17/2011 11:10:50 PM The officiating was horrible at the end there for ORL/TB
would have won either way even if they let ORL get one more shot as I was at +7, but still...
