#1 Posted: 3/4/2012 2:37:33 PM First off, I really like BetOnline. Great in-game wagering, quick deposits, normally good live support, but after contacting 3 times (live support, 1800 number and email, which the email hasn't replied yet after 24 hrs), they still would not credit me with a refund to the McCall fight... Refunds from bet365, pinny, etc, I feel frustrated that it's taken this long and I will probably not get refunded...
I gave them the link to the UFC site with the now draw results, sent pics of other tickets being refunded from other sites, still nothing... If the moderator from BetOnline is here, please check my situation.
Thanks.

#3 Posted: 3/4/2012 5:57:05 PM betonline does not have a ticket counter so no one couldve cashed the win.
my book(ticket counter) honored all Johnson tickets and continues to do so even after the fight was ruled a draw.

#4 Posted: 3/5/2012 6:42:21 PM Well, I finally cgot a reply today, but they will not refund me my money. Terrible customer service and would not recommend that site to anybody else when many other sites refunding their customers. Main reason I use them is because of their in game wagering. Any reccommendations on other sites with good in game wagering? Most appreciative. |

That really sucks. bet365 is very good with in game wagering, but I do not think they accept USA residents... |

I had the same exact situation with Betonline. I explained how every other book has since refunded since the match was in fact a draw but nothing. Their customer service has been awful throughout and always has been. |

You can get one free w/d per month on Fridays. Which is very similar to 5Dimes and no worse than industry standard.

#11 Posted: 3/19/2012 8:13:33 PM Did Covers recently take Betonline off their recommended list? I don't see lines from them when I check basketball matchups anymore... Serves them right for their awful customer service...

#13 Posted: 3/21/2012 12:54:24 AM No, definitely not $1,000 as I usually w/d between 500 and 1000, but am not certain atm.

#14 Posted: 3/27/2012 2:33:44 AM well, when I spoke to the "help" from betonline, the guy told me that there were no free withdrawls(I asked him because Pinnacle told me you get one free per month) and he told me no they dont give free withdrawls its like $45.. then I asked him if it was possible to do a direct transfer and he said 10k minimum
The good thing about betonline is the 25% bonus |
