Bet 365, William Hill and Ladbrokes etc. all have the advantage of reliability and the ease of free, anytime withdrawal back to your credit card (including any winnings).
However, they do NOT cater to successful players. Show any kind of regular success and your limits will be reduced to a few pounds (or what bet 365 has the audacity to call "more social levels"...they won't worry about such sociability if you are losing).
It is very misleading to rate Bet 365 as no.2 to Pinnacle. For value odds, unbeatable limits and a complete tolerance of winners, Pinnacle is in a class of its own, with the others all miles behind. You'll only get one free withdrawal a month, but that's a small price to pay for what they offer.

Agree with you on Pinny. By far the best offshore book out there!
