Yes.
Took some bigger than max bets on him as well on that price. Which was the plan. It didn't last as long as I anticipated, but unless people are content at betting Henderson at -110 (which we have taken some) it'll set up for a nice win for the book when Henderson wins.
The best price on Edgar is currently in Vegas.  |

i thought the line would be frankie -150 even though the fight result would end up being closer to even money.
frankie -200 is a bad line.

I am shocked and still am that the line went up to 150 before settling around 135.
I am 110% convinced that many bettors were fam. with the former champ but were NOT very fam. with Ben Henderson.
Amazing considering Ben won his 3 fights in the UFC leading up to this title shot in DOMINATING fashion while Frankie, bless his heart, was life and death at times in the last 2 years in his fights.
Ben totally had a huge advantage in recent performances in the cage comparing the 2, so it had to be a issue of the somewhat unknown towards Ben.
I saw good value at +102 after i saw BEN just walk through his last 3 UFC opp. and looked great doing it vs this LESS than DOMINATING champion.
O well not enough bettors saw it except sharp and well a few others. |
