I dont like it personally..what makes you want to consider it?

They are a fully mature company, margins arent good, cash position isnt good.

Not a stock I would buy unless I had inside info..

Well then you are going to get 6.90 cash, which is right where it is now.

If you think the merger will not go through (which the market is not confirming per the price) then it might go higher, but if the merger goes then you get the cash price.

Nice job, that is almost a 50% return.
