#1 Posted: 4/23/2012 7:25:09 PM There is this married woman at my workplace that I think is in the process of filing for divorce from her soon to be ex-husband...or maybe she has already finalize the divorce....The reason why I know is because she told me about 2 months ago that she was going to file for divorce.
Anyway, the weird thing is that last Monday through Friday, she did not wear her ring....However, today she wore her ring again....Well, this is not the first time....She did the same thing last month. Is this some type of religious thing for a woman to wear her ring on and off? She is Catholic and her husband is Muslim.
I really need to know because it's freaking me out!!! |

#3 Posted: 4/23/2012 7:36:00 PM The easy thing to do is to ask her what the hell is going on, why are you wearing your ring on and off... but since we are co-workers, that would cause some friction |

I think the male coworkers might want to cause some friction in her.

#6 Posted: 4/23/2012 9:30:30 PM Nah, both married men and women take their rings on and off pretty much whenever. There is no rhyme or reason to it really. I rarely wear my ring, cuz I just don't feel like wearing jewelry.

#7 Posted: 4/23/2012 10:27:10 PM you're trying to understand the emotional reasoning of why women do certain things? Losing battle dude.
Who knows why she's doing it...maybe she hooked up with him the night before, got her period and feels emotional, etc etc.

#8 Posted: 4/24/2012 8:15:17 AM did you ever think it was something as simple as the stone was getting reset? or it was getting cleaned? or resized? or that it's spring and her fingers are swelling slightly so it is uncomfortable? |

#13 Posted: 4/24/2012 11:52:44 AM Damn, you sure do notice small things about your co-workers.
I am not Matlock or anything but if she told you personally she is getting a divorce. Now she is not wearing the ring. That could only mean that box is getting ripe for the picking
2+2
I think it is about time you asked her if she would like to go for a drink. Ask her away from work or off the clock at least.
She is ready |

#17 Posted: 4/30/2012 10:09:23 PM I work at a hospital and a lot of nurses don't wear their rings. So it sucks when I hit on some of them and find out they are married
