I don't think that caffeine is bad for you is it, other than a spike in bp for a bit?? I could be wrong however.
I drink at least two cups of coffee per day and there is no telling how much is in my pre-workout drinks.
Wish I could lay of the stuff myself but I'm horribly sluggish without it.
