#32 Posted: 4/5/2012 3:00:35 PM DJ I saw that you post in BGB thread that u have been following line movement with no consistent angles appearing from your statistical data let me just say I think your looking at line moves in the wrong way I could go on and on about this topic but the biggest question that has to be answered before any movement is even looked is decide why the book set the line they did and why it is the same or different from other books and look at each game as an individual case to be examined I can tell u with about 90 % certantity you'll never find an angle or 3 or 20 that work on a consistent basis I have over 10yrs of data supporting this but betting patterns emerge but the line or spread is all ways different just something to think about hope it helps alittle |

#33 Posted: 4/5/2012 3:10:07 PM Gamble thanks for the input
I have been following Hotodds mainly plus 2 other odds movement sites. ONLY when it comes to "soccer" sure a key player is ruled out and the odds change. It has been my experience books fish for bettors with "good" odds early and adjust to the money coming in.
My company (with my urging) is in early talks on how to bring the investment angle from the rich guys who can afford to drop 25 K plus to the online "investment" betting world. I work as a derivatives broker and let me tell you there is a great angle on betting the markets and the betting sites. It's sad how the US gov't clamps down on that progress and lets Wall street rape people...but thats another topic
