#1 Posted: 7/2/2011 11:56:04 PM I have been drinking water, eating turkey burgers and turkey bowls for the last couple of months. I work out 3 times a week for an hour and I am not losing weight like I think I should be. It's getting frustrating to make good decisions and not see weight come off like it should be. Any thoughts?

#2 Posted: 7/4/2011 1:33:48 PM Take a product called CLA. It helps burn stored abdominal fat, without stimulants and caffeine. It's actually healthy for you. Go to GNC and by the liquid CLA under the name SAF Slim. Works great and reduces appetite too.

Turkey burgers have more sodium content than most beef burgers do. stick with lean beef burgers and avoid all the fancy toppings/dressing and long behind name in burgers. Let the beef do all the work in your body.
start adding some ISO-WHEY proteins into your system in the morning. Couple that with boiled eggs, fruits, ham, bacon, or oatmeal and you'll stay fuller the rest of the day.
if you're at a bbq, try to get a burger without the bun, or better yet go for the chicken breast.
dont forget to color your plates with dark greens for lunch and dinner. |

turkey burgers does not constitute to healthy eating? just eat red meat instead if you are throwing mayo and cheeses on that burger. or white bread?
here is how i lost my 5 to 8 pouds by not doing any CARDIO at all.
1. never drink sodas 2. watch your carb intake 4 days out of the week. 3. watch your pounds shred in two weeks
its as easy as that. at night do not eat carbs. eat all the carbs you want during the day because your body will burn it off during the day but at night eat very light and you will see the difference. i weight 194 pounds at 6 foot and oculd not lose weight. i did cardio 3 days out of the week. so instead i eat right and now weight 186 to 188 fluctuating at times. good luck with it

What does that stuff run ya? Does it give you energy like the old Hydroxycut or Xenadrine? I used to take that stuff and would work out for hours and not get tired. Burned alot of fat during college with it. Is this something type product?

CLA is not like Hydroxycut. It doesnt increase your heart-rate or give you crazy energy, but it's better for you health wise. There are better alternatives for energy like b-complex, green tea, acai, etc.

Bodybuilding.com has Magnum Nutraceuticals:Acid which doesn't contain any blends or fillers. The only active ingredient is CLA which has 1.7 grams per serving. Each bottle has 90 softgels....2 softgels per serving. The recommended daily serving of Linoleic acid is 3.2 grams. Take two in the am and two in the pm unless you prefer to only eat kangaroo meat and mushrooms |
