We are staying at the Aria for 5 nights. Do you really not drink for free in the Casino's? I read somewhere that you get drink vouchers for like every $200 sports bet you make....how does it work on the casino floor? Anything that has to be done or random tips?

As far as the casino floor is concerned, yes, cocktail waitresses will get you a "free" drink of your choice, but if you want another, don't forget to tip her!

Rookie Joined: Mar 2010 Posts: 799 Location:	#5 Posted: 6/1/2012 12:30:53 PM The amount of money it takes to get one drink ticket in a sportsbook differs from book to book....it even differs drastically in each MGM property....as others have said, the ONLY place to consistently give out free booze without you making a bet is The Bellagio....you can get plowed on top shelf booze for a $1 tip.....

Tell you what....next time you're in Vegas, sit down at the BJ table, don't give the dealer any money; but ask for a drink first BEFORE you bet or fork over your cash to the dealer. Bellagio sportsbook....FREE BOOZE....no betting required.....

A whole lot cheaper than playing the table games. The bar at the MGM sportsbook has bar slots as well and I've never had an issue getting "free drinks" while playing black jack for 25 cents.
