No. 2 Oregon 70, Colorado 14:
Heisman Trophy candidate Kenjon Barner rushed for 103 yards and two touchdowns in the first half as the host Ducks led 56-0 at intermission and coasted past the Buffaloes.

De'Anthony Thomas also scored two touchdowns - one on a 73-yard punt return - for Oregon (8-0, 5-0 Pac-12). The Ducks, No. 4 in the BCS rankings, outgained Colorado 447-104 in the first half - 311-63 on the ground - and scored on all eight of their possessions.

Freshman quarterback Marcus Mariota was 10-of-14 for 136 yards and two touchdowns and also ran for a score, while backup Bryan Bennett added three rushing TDs. Barner, Thomas (five carries, 97 yards) and Mariota were among the starters who did not play in the second half.

The Ducks led 14-0 only 2:32 into the game. Barner's 1-yard run finished Oregon's game-opening drive and after Colorado's Tony Jones fumbled away the ensuing kickoff, Thomas scored on a 9-yard run three plays later.

Freshman Christian Powell rushed for 121 yards and two touchdowns for Colorado (1-7, 1-4), which has been outscored 213-51 in its last four games. The Buffaloes hadn't scored a touchdown in eight quarters before Powell barreled into the end zone on fourth-and-goal from the 1-yard line in the third quarter.
