SPURS 128, HORNETS 103: Tim Duncan scored 19 points on 8-of-9 shooting and host San Antonio won its 10th straight game to move into first place in the Western Conference.
Manu Ginobili and Patty Mills scored 14 points apiece as the Spurs (39-14) edged past Oklahoma City by percentage points for the top spot in the West.
Eric Gordon scored 31 for New Orleans, which has lost 14 of its last 16 visits to San Antonio.
San Antonio set a season-high for points and shot a season-best 60.7 percent from the field, connecting on 9 of 18 3-point shots.
