Recap

Derrick Rose led the way with 24 points and eight assists and Luol Deng added 20 points, nine rebounds and six assists as the Chicago Bulls won their third straight, 103-96 over the Washington Wizards on Saturday.

Joakim Noah chipped in 21 points and nine boards for the Bulls, who blocked 10 shots and forced 23 turnovers.

Chicago ended the second on a 15-6 run to take a 50-42 lead in the half, getting five points from Kyle Korver and four from Rose during the spurt. The Bulls extended the lead in the third, opening the quarter on an 8-0 run and pushing it to 72-58 heading into the fourth.

Washington drew as close as 97-91 on John Wall’s 3-pointer with 31 seconds left but Rose hit a pair of free throws with 13 seconds remaining to put it away.

Gilbert Arenas finished with 30 points off the bench and Wall added 16 points for Washington.
