The Astros won a series for just the second time since the All-Star break and had nine of their 12 hits in the first four innings off Reds ace Johnny Cueto, who failed to win his 18th game for the second straight outing.

Wesley Wright struck out the side in the sixth, Mickey Storey struck out four in two scoreless innings and Wilton Lopez allowed two hits in the ninth before striking out Drew Stubbs for the final out.

Houston loaded the bases against Cueto (17-8) in the first and plated a run on a sacrifice fly by Fernando Martinez.

Brett Wallace singled and Martinez walked in the third prior to Dominguez hitting his second three-run homer of the series to make it 4-0.

The Reds got on the board in the fourth on Jay Bruce’s run-scoring triple.

Tyler Greene homered in the sixth to give the Astros a 5-1 edge.

Cueto allowed four runs and nine in four innings while dropping to 2-6 against Houston. He struck out six and walked one.
