Recap

Logan Morrison hit a game-tying home run and John Buck doubled home the go-ahead run as the Florida Marlins rallied for two runs in the eighth inning and beat the New York Mets 5-4 on Sunday at Sun Life Stadium.

New York's David Wright hit a go-ahead two-run home run in the seventh — giving him two RBIs in each of his first three games since coming off the disabled list — but the Marlins rallied in the eighth against Bobby Parnell (3-2).

Morrison led off the inning with his 15th homer of the season, and Buck followed with a double to center to score Mike Stanton with the go-ahead run.

Florida's Emilio Bonifacio went 2-for-5 to extend his career-best hitting streak to 23 games, the longest active streak in the majors.

Stanton also hit his team-leading 22nd home run for the Marlins, who won the last two games to claim the series after losing the first four games on their homestand.

The Marlins hit seven home runs in the three-game series.

New York's Jose Reyes went 2-for-5 to raise his major league-best batting average to .353.
