Tomorrow, Whoever Tells You "You Have A Case Of The Mondays..." Punch Them In the Face, Then, Fuck Their Daughter.
A little inappropriate? Well, that's what I'm all about, controversy, If you're offended then you can click the little X button on the upper right hand corner of your browser window, I don't know about you, but, but most my readers like the fact that I say whatever, and I can speak for everyone when I say even the ones that don't find me funny would rather have money, and the picks, then feel ethical... Not that gambling is something that is given a thumbs up by most organizations anyway. That's why it's investing for me. Stockbrokers are respected, Handicappers are viewed as degenerates. I love this world. Sports-betting is more consistent than the stock market folks.... like they would tell you in Philly "For Riz-nit!" Anyway good weekend we had everyone, tomorrow is Monday, personally not any different for me because I'm in the music business, just another day, but If you're like most folks then you'll wake up with the case of the Mondays... Pretty Gaylord Focker if you ask me, and yes, just like the movie. Well, here are my plays for Monday, to hopefully make your day from being shitty to a little less shitty.

Burnett to Give NY Bullpen A Needed Rest. Yanks Should Win With Early Lead, and Solid Pitching
New York Yankees @ Seattle The Pick: New York -1.5
"We're going to have to let you go". That's probably what Joe Girardi told Brett Tomko (1-2, 5.23 ERA) on July 29th we indeed the Yankees released him. Tomko is lucky, because if I was in Girardi's position I would have just said "Mother Fucker! What the fuck was that out there? Get your ass out of here before my foot hits a grand slam on your face!" Basically the same message, but you know, people communicate differently. I'm glad he took his approach though. Good job Joe. Anyway, so that will be the pitcher change tomorrow. Brett Tomko will start instead of Mazzaro, who was going to start. This will be Tomko's first-ever start against the Yankees after five relief appearances, but Alex Rodriguez is already 4 for 8 (.500) with two home runs against him. Jorge Posada has been even better versus the right-hander, going 4 for 6 (.667) with three doubles and a homer. That, simply put is called getting owned by your former team-mates. New York's Nick Swisher will make his second visit to Oakland since the A's traded him to the Chicago White Sox prior to last season. He is 0 for 7 in two games as a visitor against the Athletics, and 7 for 42 (.167) with 11 walks overall against his former team. But I say tomorrow Nick will make some good things happen. Swisher has homered in the last two games, giving him at least 20 for the fifth straight season. New York again will be without Hideki Matsui on Monday after he missed the last two contests and got his swollen knee drained. The Yankees have won eight of Burnett's last nine starts, with the right-hander compiling a 2.91 ERA in those games, but New York's lack of scoring has been a problem for A.J.. I really believe that the Yanks can pull things together, and get some good hits off of Brett Tomko early on in the game, and then A.J will hold the Athletics to not being so Athletic.

Sure Boston had been struggling, and the only win they could really take away in Arlington was a rally in which the bullpen fell apart, but now that the Rangers have control, and are in the lead, they're going to do their best to run away with it. Any mistake at this time means a missed opportunity. So let's start with that point, this game is much more important for Texas than it is for Minnesota. Now, let's talk a little about struggling Minnesota. The reeling Minnesota Twins keep falling further out of playoff contention, and they'll face four tough road games this week against a team brimming with confidence. Starting pitching continues to carry Texas one season after the club finished a distant last in the majors with a 5.37 ERA. Rangers starters allowed a combined five runs in three games against Boston. The Red Sox, though, may have missed Texas' best pitcher at the moment. Hunter (5-2, 2.26 ERA) has turned in five quality starts in his last six outings, and Wednesday's start against Cleveland was the longest of his brief career. Lucky for the Twins, they get the date with Hunter. The right-hander didn't walk a man and gave up six hits in 7 2/3 innings of a 5-0 victory, striking out five for his fourth win five starts since the All-Star break. The Twins are hoping Francisco Liriano's latest outing was a breakthrough for the embattled left-hander, who has had command problems all season and struggled to recapture his dominating 2006 form... I got news for you, this an't 2006, if it was, we'd all be betting the USC/TEXAS beat down (made 18K from that one) yeah... so it's not 2006, its three years later, and that poor excuse of a pitcher is going to embarrass himself harder than Ashlee Simpson doing the Ho-Down on Saturday Night Live. Liriano (5-11, 5.39) stifled Kansas City on Wednesday, allowing one run and three hits and striking out eight in seven innings of a 7-1 win, But I can't trust him to be consistent, I CAN however trust him to be inconsistent, and fuck it up in Arlington. While Hunter will be facing the Twins for the first time, Minnesota is hoping Liriano can turn in another strong performance at Rangers Ballpark. He has a 1.13 ERA in three career appearances -- two starts -- in Arlington.. A lot of people would've looked at this and jumped on Minnesota cock like a Korean person trying to make rent. But Don't be fooled. The Rangers are tough, and Minnesota is not only feeling like trash, after losing to Cleveland. They are fatigued, after traveling. Liriano has allowed three runs in six innings of the Twins' 5-3, 12-inning loss in Arlington on July 19. Texas was who took two out of three in that series, the only time the teams have met this season. They'll play seven times in the next 14 days, and I anticipate the Twins getting rapped like "Fuck My Twins".. (probably a porno somewhere..) Minnesota finished a six-game home stand against the two worst teams in its division at 2-4, and the Twins are 23-34 on the road. They've dropped 11 of 15 overall dating back to July 31, with a 6.16 team ERA over that span. Minnesota is running out of gas, and yes, the gas light has been on for about 75 miles already. Texas has a lead to protect, and hot Texas girls such as Kelly Clarkson to attend to. Hunter and the boys will take this one.

Solid picks... the two I'm on the other side (and already locked in are my biggest "meh" picks, BAL and NYM. The one thing I don't like is the NYY -1.5 pick. Throw your numbers out the window here. NYY is scuttling, yet somehow came away with 3 of 4 because the Mariners suck really, really bad. Tomko hasn't been in the bigs for 15 years (albeit as a journeyman) for nothing. He has pride, and Burnett is capable of getting torched on the road. Better picks are out there, like ATL, TEX and PIT. Glad to see we're mostly on the same sides today and BOL.

Kirby, I have to level with you, that is creative writing but "fuck their daughter" is a very inappropriate and a no-no in my book. I'm not going to click the little x but warn you instead.
