I see this game a lot like the ohio st vs Wisconsin game which was within a TD at the end. The only diff is at a neutral site at Lucas oil stadium and ohio st is going against a much much better defense. It will not be a blow I think the line is spot on for action on both sides. Field position will be key for mich st creating a shorter field for their offense. If the O/U is in the 50s that will be the play for me, the UNDER. Mich st TIme of possession will be critical to keep ohio st offense off the field and to keep it close and to potentially have a shot at the end.
Looking ahead Only if auburn loses do I feel ohio st deserves to go to the big dance bc it won't be much of a matchup for FSU bc ohio st plays no defense. I'm sorry if Illinois puts up more than 30 on your D and Michigan who has been struggling for over 4 weeks I believe to break into the 20s puts up 41 with ease and don't give me the rivalry game BS, then you do not want to see an FSU Offense who has scored at least 41 on everyone except UF, they scored 37 in Gainesville the most points that D gave up all season. Yea you can say it was UF but they still have athletes on D who played FSU defensively better than any1 else all season.

While I have no dog in this fight, it is hard to pull for Ohio with Slimy Meyer deciding to not suspend his thug player after being ejected for the fight, but then flipping off the Michigan fans twice on national TV. Really Urbie? That guy isn't to be suspended and this is what you want to trot out as a representative of your institution? Didn't you learn anything from what you allowed to go on at Florida? Or what Ohio did before you arrived? Or State Pen swept under the carpet? Or USC with Reggie Bush? Or LSU with Jordan Jefferson and Jeremy Hill? Or Auburn with Cam and Fairy?
I hope MSU curb stomps you Saturday and your lack of integrity is called out nationally. Someone at this university should stand up and over rule you, or do you fear finally playing a decent team so much that your principles are for sale? Go Sparty, I think the nation's CFB fans are behind you.

I'm a big Buckeyes fan but leaning MSU and the points on a neutral field here. Just like Michigan, MSU will come ready to play and I have a feeling the winner of this one comes down to a late FG or so. Go Bucks. I'm going to watch the line on this throughout week, if I see it move to Bucks -4 or 4.5 form the 5.5 I'm hammering MSU

Lucas Oil Stadium is less than 3 hours from Columbus and it will be a home game for the Buckeyes with 70% of the crowd. Buckeyes speed on turf will favor OSU. Bucks will score 35+ and Sparty will struggle OSU BY 2 scores!!!!!

Might want to read up on MSU's coach history with regard to player behavior and antics.

I agree. OSU is going to score points, it doesn't matter who the opponent is. The team is too good to keep under wraps. MSU will have to score to stay in it. They don't have the offense, athletes or team built for this type of game.

Ohio State has had one game go under 50 points on teh season, which was a home stomping of SDSU, 42-7. MSU defense has been really hyped up this season for no valid reason. They play a week Big Ten schedule and out of conference games versus ND and Youngstown: what a joke! Beyond that, they were out-gained at Nebraska and if not for 5 turnovers in that game the Wheathuskers would have won. Top it all off, in that game and to Indiana they surrendered 28 points. How can you possibly think they will hold OSU to less than that mark? On the flip side: the OSU defense is vulnerable, having given up 30+ points 4 times this year. The over is the play here.

I look at this game the same way i did the Mich / Buckeyes game last week and won at Mich +16. Last two seasons and once again these teams have not changed that much in the last couple of years its not like saying back in 1978 Ohio beat Mich st 31-10. Look at the scores both low scoring Buckeyes win last year by 1 and two years ago Mich St wins by 3 in a real low scoring game 10-7. Throw out the 2008 game both teams have changed personnel completely. Going with Mich St. plus the pts. GLA

You are such a "ding dong *ss clown". Were you crying when you wrote this?
Integrity -do you really know what goes on in college athletics?

The game inside on turf hurts MSU in my opinion...can they stop the straight ahead running of the bull Hyde and still tackle Braxton on the outside? Man I wish so, but have my doubts. want to take MSU so bad....but can I????

Don't know if I have seen a more idiotic comment. This is a betting site, not a pep rally for your conference/team. I can assure you I know more about CFB than 90%+ of the posters here, and obviously you Mr Cheerleader. Everyone knows their are bad behavior problems with some individuals, and on most every team. The key is how the coach, university, and/or conference deals with it. That said, this case speaks volume about the character issues of the Ohio and Big Whatever groups. Integrity doesn't have to be sold out for Ws. Urbie has quite a history of coming on short in this area, as does Ohio. If you want to endorse thug behavior going unpunished, stick with the NFL.
So stick to your childish name calling, and get your pom poms out,

MSU are ready to duke it out on there turf it will come as a high price to pay but they will try to grind it out for a win but come up just short of a field goal to lose but cover that + 4

The Pimo loves a high flying offense vs a stingy defense! Did Ohio show it's true colors last week vs Michigan? Christmas came early for Vegas books as Ohio struggled vs the Wolverines. Sparty is a blue collar, black and blue team, they are not pretty to watch but they will wear you down. Braxton and Hyde will NOT be running freely as they did last week vs MSU. Common opponents is always interesting to look at:
vs. Michigan: OSU 42-41 (-77 total yards) MSU 29-6 ( +226 total yards)
vs. Illinois: OSU 60-35 (+171 total yards) MSU 42-3 ( +349 total yards)
vs. Iowa: OSU 34-24 (+120 total yards) MSU 26-14 ( +148 total yards)
vs. NW: OSU 40-30 (+14 total yards) MSU 29-6 (+226 total yards)
vs. Purdue: OSU 56-0 (+524 total yards) MSU 14-0 +68 total yards)
In 4 of 5 games vs common foes Sparty gets the nod.
Conspiracy theory: Will scumbag Big 10 commish Jim Delany play a role tonight? Like one of my "ladies" he'll be on his knees begging for one of "his" teams to get into the BCS championship game. The reffereeing will be a big issue, I hope this doesn't come down to interesting "penalties" called late (see MSU vs. ND earlier this year). WIth all that said, MSU + the chalk and straight up…we will meet up at the "pay window"!
