what's worse then Dee Gordon is the fact that one of the top pitchers (supposedly) in baseball, Kershaw, has allowed Dillon Gee to reach base in both his at-bats tonight. That to me is pathetic. One time you walk him. No way a pitcher should see four balls, maybe one in an AB. Its a free out.

as bad as gordon has been, the dodgers aren't a bad bet because of him. they are a bad bet because of kershaw.

I'm pretty sure that he's proven that he can throw...Because he wouldn't be where he is now if he couldn't...I love people who are sitting on their computers bad mouth professionals saying they shouldn't play or that they're worthless, etc...It's their job...Everyone makes mistakes at their job, not one person on the earth never makes a mistake...Take a deep breath and relax...If you can do better...Go to a try out and prove it!
this is the most flawed logic ever.
first everyone does make mistakes. he's made the most mistakes in the league. 2nd, he's probably got the worst batting average among every leadoff hitter in the league. so the most mistakes and the worst batting average equals he should not be starting at the major league level.
last, but most importantly is your logic that if i cant do it better, then i shouldn't comment on how bad he does it. this is ridiculous. it would be like saying we shouldnt comment on how bad movies are, because we have never made a movie. or i cant say a restaurant sucks, because i've never had my own restaurant. just because i'm not a professional baseball player, doesnt mean I can't properly grade and analyze their talents or lack thereof. if this was the case, half of your scouts and announcers would be out of jobs, as some of them have never played professional baseball.

kershaw has let up 1 earned run. it should be 1-1. Gordon is to blame for this game so far.
i disagree. you have to distinguish between the quality of your bet and why it lost (although obviously the game isn't over). they are two different things. if you bet the dodgers, which i did, it was probably because you expected a gem from kershaw given the fact that they have such trouble scoring.
kershaw's first inning: HBP, walk, single, single. he was lucky to give up only one run
third iinning: walk the p[itcher (unforgiveable), k, single, then gordon's errors and another walk.
that means those of us betting the dodgers with thei shitty offense and long losing streak at -137 made a jmistake because of kershaw. the dodgers may end up winning, but we made a bad bet regardless.

juan fat ass uribe just cost them a HUGE run. what he just did in that at bat is no worse then a gordon error that allowed a run imo. his fat ass blows and maybe he would play better if he just has a c section and gives birth. to ground out there against dillon gee in that situation....horrible

Ok, if backing a pitcher who gives up 1 ER and strikes out 7 in 6IP is a bad bet, then I'm not sure you should be doing this.
Sure it wasn't what we had hoped or expected, but this is baseball. It's one of the most variable sports played. You can't expect Kershaw to throw a "gem" every time out. I didn't expect him to throw a complete game shutout, and I hope you didn't either. If you were expecting more than 1 earned run, then I am sorry for your logic.
