- Portugal ML - Ned DNB
Banked on Czech but what a surprising tie from Poland. Its not gonna be a mystery or it doesn't take rocket science that Portugal is going to win. Look out for some fast pace counter attacks from both sides for Portugal especially from Ronaldo and Nani. Game 2 of today will be hard. I'm not going to lie, I am a KNVB fan and this pick is 100% personal. Losing to the Danish does look bad. To stay in the group they will have to get a win over Germany.

When Ronaldo missed the shot on a breakaway, I had a feeling that it would cost Portugal but in the end with the pressure Portugal came up on top....
Ned vs Germany. The Germans coming up with a header from Gomez sealed a 3 pt on the chart but the Dutch will have to put more effort. Losing to the Danish was a surprise. The Danish put more effort into the game than the Dutch did. I guess their mentality was that they were going to win so they weren't playing their best. This game its against the mighty Germans. Neds gotta step up a notch and play like they did during the WC. If comparing the 2 teams I'd say Germans has a stronger Defense and GK but Mid wise, I'd hand that to the Neds. Its all up to RVP aka EPL MVP and Gomez to seal the deal for their side. I won't be surprise if this is going to end in a tie.
Key Players to watch Ned: Van Persie, Robin, Sniejder Ger: Muller, Gomez, Schweinsteiger

KNVB going home.. Its not possible for the Neds to go on to next round which means Denmark and Portugal will need a win next game and to win the score difference in order to go on in Group B. Surprisingly, Robin was subbed out for Kyut but Van Persie gave the Oranje a bit of hope to be back in the game. In the end I have to tip my hat to the mighty Germans. Gomez did some damage and in my last post I stated that it was all up to both team's CF to seal it up. Gomez was appointed and he delivered 2 first half goals. Tomorrow is going to be a new day....
