When the Packers played the NFC Championshiop at Home vs Carolina 10 years ago, it was 10 degrees colder than it will be on Sunday. That didnt stop them from throwing the ball that game. Favre was 19-29 for 292 yards.....so historically the cold weather has not stopped the pack from throwing the ball around.

HOW THE PACK WILL BEAT THE GIANTS
1-They will run Ryan Grant off-tackle right at Strahan and OSI. Thats how you exploit pure passrushing ends, you run the ball at them. The success in the running game will allow the Pack to use Play Action passes, which will slow down the pass rush.
2-The Pack will run out 4 and 5 wide reciever sets and exploit the lack of depth in the injured Giants secondary. They will run quick slants off 3 step drops and allow their recievers to make plays. (# 1 in YAC)
3- Pickett, Jenkins, Williams, and Kampman will win their battles vs. the offensive line and allow Barnett, Hawk, and Popinga to roam free and make plays vs the run.
4- Woodson and Harris will jam Burress and Toomer at the line and disrupt every rout they run, and they will stick with them in man coverage. Every Pass that is completed, the Giants WR's will be punished by the hard hitting secondaryy, forcing the WR;s to look over their shoulders the rest of the game.
5- Eli Manning will be frustrated by the smothering man coverage, not like the soft zone that dallas and tb play, and he will force a few in there. His completion percentage will be around 50 percent.
6- Kampman and KGB will apply pressure to Manning. The best pass rushing ends the giants have seen all year. This will force manning into sacks, and for him to throw off his back foot and throw some picks.
PACKERS 38 GIANTS 13

This game has blowout written all over it. The Giants are tough up fron, but they dont have the players in the secondary to hold off the Pack. If the Pack can run the ball well, which I think they will, this game will be a laugher.
Green Bay will scheme vs the pass rushing Defensive ends like they have all year, they will run right at them and wear them down.

Why Packers will Win:
-This is the most balanced team the Giants have faced all year. By balanced I mean they can pass the ball well, run well, stop the run well, and stop the pass well. No other team is as balanced as the Packers.
-When the Packers go into 4 and 5 WR sets, the Giants are at a big disadvantage because of the lack of depth in their secondary.
-The Giants receivers will get beat up by the physical play and the man-2-man coverage by the Pack secondary. This will frustrate Manning, and their recievers, similar to how it frustrated Seattle.
-The Giants simply dont have enough weapons on offense to keep up with the Packers. Yes they kept up with the Pats, but the Pats have a much weaker secondary and Passing wont be nearly as easy on the Packers.
Final Score....PACKERS- 38 GIANTS- 13

One more stat to throw at you-
Seattle is Averaging 22 points a game on the road, while give up an average of 22 points a game.
Green Bay is averaging 28 points a game at home while giving up and average of 14 points a game.
28-17 Green Bay

Ive done plenty of Homework..
Green Bay wins this 28-17
Seattle gave up 14 points at home to Todd Collins and the Washington Redskins......atleast double that on the road vs Favre and the explosive Pack.

Reasons Why-
1-Seattle's Pass rush will not be able to get to Favre because of their quick slant passing game which requires Favre to get rid of the ball early. Favre has been sacked only 15 times this year, 2 fewest in the NFL.
2- One dimensional offenses typically dont fare well in the post season, especially visiting passing offenses at lambeau field.
3- Seattle does not play well against good teams or on the road. 3-3 vs. teams .500 or above and 3-5 on the road, where Green Bay is 6-1 vs. teams .500 or above and have only lost 2 home playoff games in their history.
4- GB at the best record vs. the spread this year.
