The track is 7,100 yds., has only two par 5's and is very tricky. I'll be looking for solid shot makers and a grizzled vet or two (Lehman)...
Predicting the winner of a golf Major has become seemingly an impossible task, with the last 9 major winners being first-timers. Specifically in The Open, 8 out of 12 champions this century have been first time winners.

AJ, I have mad respect for your golf knowledge. in our open If Westwood's ball doesnt hang up in a tree and if Furyk doesnt crap in his pants I would have raked that tourney in no small part thanks to you. That said.
I cannot understand your thinking on fading kuchar or Woodland. Gary can absolutely clobber the ball and with these types of undulating greens I think it helps to be coming in from a pitching wedge as opposed to a 7 iron. also he is strong enough to hack out of the long stuff. and kuchar is as consistent a player as there is. and watney is one of the best long iron players in the game.
So in summation what is it about these guys that makes you want to fade them. with you on the veterans. I think stricker Paddy or Clark will be in the mix. also I think Eldrick is a good play.
