A Saudi national originally identified as a “person of interest” in the Boston Marathon bombing was set to be deported under section 212 3B — “Security and related grounds” — “Terrorist activities” after the bombing
As the story gained traction, TheBlaze’s Chief Content Officer Joel Cheatwood received word that the government may not deport the Saudi national, originally identified as Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi
Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano refused to answer questions on the subject when confronted by Rep. Jeff Duncan (R-SC) on Capitol Hill.
An ICE official said a different Saudi national is in custody, but is “in no way” connected to the bombings.
A congressional source, however, says that the file on Alharbi was created, that he was “linked” in some way to the Boston bombings (though it is unclear how), and that documents showing all this have been sent to Congress.
Key congressmen of the Committee on Homeland Security request a classified briefing with Napolitano
Fox News’ Todd Starnes reports that Alharbi was allegedly flagged on a terrorist watch list and granted a student visa without being properly vetted. Sources close to the investigation also told him the Saudi is still set for deportation.
New information provided to TheBlaze reveals Alharbi’s file was altered early Wednesday evening to disassociate him from the initial charges
Sources say the Saudi’s student visa specifically allows him to go to school in Findlay, Ohio, though he appears to have an apartment in Boston, Massachusetts
Sources tell us this will most likely now be kicked from the DHS to the DOJ and labeled an ongoing investigation that can no longer be discussed.

There will be alot of theories thrown around. But it's hard to trust "cart before horse" talking heads that will only report theories that push a prescribed agenda.
I'm not saying this is right or wrong, I'm just taking a more conservative approach to the whole thing waiting to see what comes up.
Perhaps these two guys are it, perhaps they are just the tip of the ice berg. But I am not going to let "talking heads" known for inflamatory rhetoric and promoting propaganda connect the dots for me on chalk board and tell me how to think.
I guess it is the right if Americans to do so and follow the next shiny theory tht catches their eye. But like I said I'm sitting back and taking a more conservative approach and waiting to see what comes up.

Sensible approach, but it would be a little easier if the most transparent administration in history (HA!) weren't so secretive and actually answered some questions. I don't trust the DHS chief, Ms. Nappy. She is a liar and after having seen her at work in AZ, I don't believe a word that comes out of her mouth.
Would be great if someone other than Beck starts to ask these questions and report on it.

Neither Foxnews nor CNN ( CBS, ABC etc) have reported it "yet"
It's not the only Saudi Arabia issue that stinks to high heaven
Did you know that
1) Did you know that a Department of Homeland Security program intended to give "trusted
traveler" status to low-risk airline passengers soon will be extended to
Saudi travelers, opening the program to criticism for accommodating the
country that produced 15 of the 19 hijackers behind the Sept. 11, 2001,
terrorist attacks.
In April 2002, as Crown Prince Abdallah of Saudi Arabia, the country's
effective ruler, was about to travel across Texas to visit President
George W. Bush, an advance group talked to the airport manager in Waco
(the airport serving the President's ranch in Crawford) "and told him
they did not want any females on the ramp and also said there should not
be any females talking to the airplane."[2]
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) at Waco complied with this
request and passed it to three other FAA stations on the crown prince's
route, which also complied. Then, when queried about this matter, both
the FAA and the State Department joined the Saudi foreign minister in
flat-out denying that there ever was a Saudi request for male-only
controllers.
3) Bad treatment and beheading of foreign workers ( 17 year old Indonesian Maid)
4) "When it comes to the Saudi-American relationship, the White House should be called the 'White Tent.'"
- Mohammed Al-Khilewi, a Saudi diplomat who defected to the United States[1]
5) Saudi Students in U.S. Up More Than 500% Since Sept. 11, 2001

nah... beck is one of those really sad and pathetic individuals that wait until a tragedy and people being killed to then pop up and start pushing a divisive partisan agenda...
you see them on here... the really sad ones...
I would tell him people like that to get a life... but the reality is that if they had anything that resembled a fulfilling life with real friends and family around them, they wouldnt be doing that

I always thought that the transparency was concerning government operations...
but in the case of dealing with a terrorist attack on USA soil, I personally would prefer that people take a more conservative approach and allow events/investigation to unfold...
If the bombers are part of a larger group or a saudi connection, how would revealing that to the public help the USA and trying to go after these people? wouldnt it only alert them?
I could see asking for help in identifying people, but being 100% transparent in a time like this and allowing the media to run with it just does not seem like it is in the best interest of the USA...
This reminds me of how in the media sensationalism that geraldo rivera in his coverage of desert storm revealed information that put USA military lives at risk as well as the whole mission...
I take a more conservative approach because I believe that the best time to get whole story is at the end... and allowing the investigation to unfold without things being leaked or given away is in the best interest of the country...
To me 100% transparency in the terms of this investigation and counter-terrorism just is not in the best interest of the USA.... and personally I am on the side of America and I think a conservative approach is what is best for america at this time...

dl. I do not consider him a journalist, but he is doing investigative journalism.
I am watching his show today, and he is talking about how our government is in bed with the Saudis. I think this night be the only time I have seen this issue explored, because both major news networks are either partially owned by Saudis or have vast investment with them.
He is talking about the bin laden family being flown out of America post 9-11 when all other flights were grounded.
