Second week in a row this line is off...Buffalo opened at +6 vs Jags Week 2 and should of been only +3, now -9.5 vs Raiders. Raiders defense is starting gel especially their secondary. Raiders Rush Offense alone will keep this game close. Leaning toward Raiders +9.5... any thoughts?

I really like the way Buffalo is playing. Oakland played Kansas Shitty last week. Buffallo played a much tougher opponent on the road and came out with a hard fought win. Buffalo at home should roll against a young Oakland team

I was against my Raiders in week 1 because the line was wrong with all the hype about the Raiders this year, but I also picked the Raiders to cover against KC knowing they always play KC well year in and year out, especially on the road.
This week, I'm going with my Raiders again. My reason is that Buffalo hasn't seen any team that has a running game like the Raiders. Also the Raiders D should be able to keep them in this game. I'm not saying the Raiders will win SU but they should be able to keep it within single digit with a chance to win. From now on, the players are playing for the coach's job.

Are you saying the Raider's running game is better than Jacksonville's? I beg to differ. Even with a banged up O-line, Raiders cannot compare. Raiders are a HORRIBLE team. The QB they have showed us what he could do, absolutely nothing.
Buffalo to win in a blow out. Raiders defense will not make this game close.

Dude you're on crack, raiders may cover, because it's the NFL and anything can happen, but how do you seriously justify taking the raiders. Thet played KC and a 3rd string QB that looked lost at best. Jamarcus Russell was about 6 of 2 something for 50 yards passing. Are you frickin kiddin me? The raiders are shitty and were gift wrapped the game because KC had no QB.

JX O line was in shamble last week with 3 starters out. Raiders O line was never good in the first place yet McFadden was able to rush for 164 yrds. Please take note KC D line was able to hold NE running game in check in NE. What makes you think the Bills D line is that much better than KC D line. Buffalo beat Seatle, yeah so did the 49ers on the road, they beat Jax but Jax had no running game, if you actually watch the game, you would have known what I'm talking about. In this league, good running game and good D can win some games for you. Look at what Minny did last year. I'm not saying the Raiders will win it SU but if you give me around 10 pts, I'll take the Raiders every time. I don't need a good QB to win this game, only one that does not turn the ball over.

Yeah, I think Buffalo will dominate in the Raiders. It's hard to tell whether or not their defense is truly 'gelling' after shutting down the Chiefs (as much as it pains me to say). I would judge the Raiders by their performance against the Broncos before the Chiefs, especially when talking about Buffalo. Buffalo (+6) was probably the easiest game of the year this past weekend - I saw someone post on this board that Buffalo will win you money all year and I have to agree at this point.

As a rabid Bills fan and a season ticket holder I did assume this line would open at more than a touchdown.
In my opinion I think the line is about right. After the first two weeks of the season the Bills have finished both games. That certainly was the case in their home opener against the Seahawks. Typically, last season they struggled in finishing teams. Once blood was in the water against Seattle though they really attacked.
Jacksonville was on the field against Buffalo practically the entire second half and the Bills run defense held up. The Raiders are even more one-dimensional than the Jaguars. It just will not work. The front seven of Buffalo is just too good when healthy. This is far and away the best defense the Raiders have run into. Couple that with a rookie quarterback playing in the Ralph and this thing could get out of hand quick. I know they won in KC last week but they were playing with a lead most of the game, that will not be the case Sunday. Buffalo is in the top half of the better teams in the league, KC is near the bottom this year.
If you want to predict this will be a letdown game for Buffalo, that's your opinion. But this is a very young team that has some veteran coaches and players sprinkled into the mix. They are just getting their first taste of being a consistent and winning football team and they are certainly enjoying it too much to take it for granted.
I never bet on my team, but I certainly am not looking to bet against them this week.
