KC came out of their game with Tenn. with no significant injuries.
SF has some injuries. I believe Coleman is done for the season.

Andy Reid to me has choked in big games with great teams enough times for me to give him the benefit of the doubt..
In my opinion..it says a lot when you are making rookie players look good..
On the other hand it also says a lot when you have star receivers and you are known as a juggernaut offense down by double digits with a high powered offense..which is the signature of your team wouldn’t you say? Or does the blame for that go to Mahomes not making good decisions as far as moving the chains? who takes the blame for starting a whole half against Houston the way Kansas City did and a quarter or so against Tennessee..? To me this is a huge huge red flag considering your coming into the Super Bowl and your High powered Offense was down by double digits in the playoffs..one against a crappy defense in Houston Texans and two versus an above average defense in Tennessee..and this is were it made me think if you take a look at the big picture this San Francisco 49ers team is a different defense if you go down by double digits you won’t be able to push the ball the way they did versus Houston or Tennessee..
Honestly I just have to put this out there this is the same thing that happened to Aaron Rodgers the weight of the world was put solely on his back to perform at a ridiculous level which can not be obtained versus a top defense..the Kansas City Chiefs lack 2 very important things Run Game and a Defense..
I remember a Great team that lacked a Run Game and Defense..
The San Francisco 49ers to me have been tested through this whole season.. if you take a look at there games they have been in some pretty tough games high scoring low scoring from behind ahead last second games 2 minute drives..Faced tough defenses tough offenses.. ranked teams..they have been tested up to this moment..they know what it takes to win big games..Seattle comes to mind which was already a playoff game..also they were winning close games in the regular season which everyone points out but the margin of victory changed in the playoffs..
Six years ago Richard Sherman intercepted a pass that ended the San Francisco 49ers era and yesterday Richard Sherman intercepted a pass which began a new one..

For me the main stat for a defense is points allowed per game (for that is where the rubber meets the road IMO) and during the regular season KC gave up 19.3 points per game and San Francisco??? They gave up on average 19.4 points per game.
No denying that the KC run defense hasn't been stout against the run but Spagnuolo will make adjustments like they did against King Henry...the KC run D made some key stops in that game as quiet as it is kept.
These posts that state that the KC D is pure garbage are nonsense...Chris Jones might be the best D lineman in all of football (recorded 5 hurries on Tannehill in 28 of 66 snaps that he was in the game) the extra week off will benefit his calf injury...he is a man among boys and Frank Clark isn't shabby either.
Also to deny that the SF defense has had problems with QBs who are mobile is to deny reality. Names like Kyle Murray, Russell Wilson (2X), and Lamar Jackson come to mind and now they face the best of them all...he is to the QB position what Buddy Bolden and his band was to improvisational Jazz.
I predict that if that oh so fast SF D line comes after Patty Mahomes, he and Reid and Bieniemy will find a way to burn them. You guys have been way too impressed by the wins over the Vikings and Packers...soon you will have an awakening.
SF might be the right side but it is not the mismatch that many of you think IMO. BOL
