Seattle and the NY Giants were big disappointments last week for me as well.
Baltimore at home and KC seem like a good choice for the 7 point cupcake. San Diego might be looking a little bit ahead to their showdown on the following Thursday against Denver though KC is in their division also.

This one was never on my radar, Wize. I know the Giants laid a big egg and Manning is not the same QB without Cruz but aren't you the least bit concerned about a Cowboys letdown after their big win? Or do you think the boys are ready to exorcise all their demons? Frankly, a letdown would be my only worry. I think the game has passed Coughlin by and/or he doesn't have the youthful energy needed to match wits with younger/hungrier coaches. Otherwise, how to explain that embarrassing performance on national tv?

cowboys wont have a letdown game vs a heated division rival. i agree they are due to lay an egg soon, but it wont be this week. they hate the giants, and they are rolling and looking to kick the gmen while they are down. giants vs good teams looked awful(lions cards eagles). sure they beat fitzpatrick, cousins, and one of the worst road teams in their building but they been beat down vs good competition. i expect that trend to continue.

No I am not concerned about the Cowboys let down after their big win over Seattle. Cowboys are rolling right now and their defense is the complete opposite of what people thought before the season began. NY is scoring only 14 pure points per game last 3 road games and the defense is giving up 28. That meshes nicely with Dallas's 22 pppg home offense and 17 pppg home defense. I wouldn't be surprised if you see another goose egg.

Interesting thoughts on Dallas. What is your point behind Baltimore ? They are in a terrible spot and have been struggling against pass-heavy offenses. I wrote that stuff down in my thread, if you are interested.

wizer-guy,thanks as always for sharing...do you typically increase you bet size as season progresses and get a feel for the teams??or is it just coincindence that some of your plays are larger now than earlier on??ie..they just happen to be stronger plays in your eyes at the moment?..cheers

The reason I increased the units on these plays is because yes....they happen to be stronger plays at the moment.

Good luck this week
Atlanta's pure points L3away
NYG 17-30
Minn 28-41
Cinn 10-24
Thats -31 true pure points differential -10.5 pppg after home field dis-advantage factored in
Baltimore's pure points diff. L3home:
Carolina 35-10
Pitt 23-6
Cinn 16-23
+35 true ppd / +8.5 pppg after home field advantage factored in.
Atl ave pure points per game so far this season on the road: 17pppg. Here's the problem...their defense is giving up 30 pppg last on the road. Baltimore @ 23 pppg 10 ppg defense. I cant back ateam in Atlanta with those numbers. I can back a team in Baltimore with ther stellar ATS home run and defense looking to keep pace in their division after Cinn and Pitt collapse

Baltimore's in a great spot vs a team that has no Oline and no defense. We saw what a fraud the NYmidgets were and they put 30 on Atlanta and held that pass happy offense to 17 pts. They wont make 10 here

GL this week wizer... hate seeing you on dallas... last week was an incredibly disappointing loss. I never would have imagined the O-Line getting manhandled like they did... even to the point where justin pugh actually apologized. My first thought is the giants will bounce back since they seem to always play close games with the cowboys, but w/ the injuries to their secondary I'm concerned about their ability to stop Dallas' offense... and losing victor cruz is a big blow emotionally and on and off the field.

Same side here on BAL... I cant imagine one square laying the chalk here... And it happens to be the first game on the board... Can they make it any more obvious... Will be heavy on this one...
Will also be heavy on the Saints,, what do you think about that game Wize?
