COLTS -7 (hook)...I think Indy's speed on defense will limit NYJ rushing attack and force Sanchez to make plays in the passing game...which he can't. Also, Manning got a good look at NYJ defense a few wks ago and after just beating tough Balt def, I don't think he'll be fooled by blitz packages as he's completed 68% of his passes vs blitzes this year!! I'll take the crafty vet to cover vs handcuffed rookie QB.
SAINTS -3 (hook) and over 52...NO has been possibly the worst sports franchise in history over its 42+ years with only 3 playoff wins after last week!!! I think their suffering ends this week as they beat Minn and earn a trip to the Superbowl!! Minn has def line injuries to Williams and Edwards who will each be less than 100% and if they can't consistently pressure Brees, he will torch their secondary!! Also, Harvin having migraines and Dome will not exactly be quiet on Sunday. Saints have injuries as well...Shockey limited by foot/knee and Meachum has sprained ankle though both will start and are vital to NO passing attack. This Saints defense is finally healthy and CBs Greer and Porter can play man coverage which allows for more blitzing packages to be used. I think NO will take early lead, forcing Minn to abandon the run, and they will pressure Favre into mistakes which allows them to extend the lead. It should be a good game, but in the end the old viking's career will end with a loss near his hometown to a better QB and team with the best play caller in the league!!! I'll take the #1 offense in the league playing at home...Saints win 38-24 and head to the SB vs local boy Manning!!
I'll be at the game...Club level, Row 1, 25 yd line, double Crown and Coke in hand!!

Great day yesterday...3-1-1 and the Saints are going to the Superbowl!!! I never thought I'd live long enough to see the Saints get there and would love for them to finish it off vs Indy.
It was a great game to attend and Favre was terrific although he took a beating. NO offense played poorly but the 5 TOs the defense forced allowed them to stay in the game and they were able to win after Minn totally botched the last minute of regulation. How can you have 12 men in the huddle after a timeout with 19 sec left when in FG range?!! WOW!!! To lose a chance to kick for trip to the SB b/c of that is one of the worst coaching jobs I've ever seen. To then throw an interception when he could have run for 5-10 yds then call a TO...Minn just didn't deserve to win that game. They wasted a great effort by their defense!! The Saints deserve credit for winning another game without playing their "A" game and hopefully they bring it to Miami.
Had a great time on Bourbon Street last night and a rough day at the office today but it was well worth it!!!
