what worries me is how the Warriors toys with teams (especially in the 1H) to just turn it one late (kinda like the Suns). I don’t think Boston is a team you should F around with. They could play lock down D with a lead and GS can’t come back. But on paper GS should win easily. But sadly games a never won on paper.

I agree the turnovers worry me. Yes if they defend the perimeter well could be a long game and series. I don’t see it even on paper but I can respect your difference of opinion. Good luck.

I'm going to lay off of game 1 because it wouldn't surprise me in the least if Boston punched them in the mouth while GS knocks off the rust. Then I'll hammer the GS series bet at closer to even money, if not a slight underdog. I think that's when this team will get serious. Maybe I'm over thinking this but that -3 1/2 line looks fishy to me.

I think the line should be higher, so enticing people to wager GS and they come out sluggish, you know how they do, turnovers, etc. "playing with their food" is how I've heard them described. It wouldn't surprise me if they straight out lose Game 1, then get serious.

Sorry for your loss, I just unloaded on GS +1 1/2 for the series. I had a feeling there was going to be some funny business with that game 1. Vegas cleaned up.....as usual.

Pretty much nailed it with your initial gut feel on this game.
I really like the Celtics and have so heading into the playoffs. What we saw last night re-affirms it. Warriors have no chance if the Celtics decide to lock down on defense. Draymond is not big enough to compete against this team. What is he, 6ft'7? Tatum and Brown look bigger and if he isn't scoring, he's just completely negated. And Klay, he may never be the same again. Still a very good player but that isn't good enough against this Celtics team. They need all of Poole, Green and Thompson to be playing very well.

Agreed. I am a trends guy. It would have been very hard for me to play against all the GS home/game 1 trends last night. GS might not have the D to stay in this series. One bad Q by GS and it is over.
