Agree with tsiken, if you are on a cold streak have a break but still predict teams with no involved wager. It will test your capping skill if it is still there.

Huge mistake that bettors make...we've all done it, I've done it...when you're on a cold streak, don't try and make it all back in one big bet. If you're on a hot streak, and really in the groove, increase your wager amount a little...if you're on a cold streak decrease your amount...or do what nutri said...predict a team with no wager.
I actually prefer quantity of wagers. This is a personal preference and I don't think there's a right or wrong answer. I have faith in my analysis and picks...my theory is that if I make 10 picks, I'm probably going to get a slight majority of them right. And as long as I get a slight majority right over time, I'm going to increase my bankroll. I hate when I had an opinion on a game and I didn't pull the trigger and I left a winning wager out there. That being said, I don't make wagers just to make them...I have to have reasons and confidence.

Quality is literally the only thing that matters. If you have a +EV play, bet it. If not, take all the time off you need until you find the next +EV play.
