after looking today i think I'm going to make 3 plays just to keep it interesting.....the mariners, the blue jays, and the phillies.
I love that ryan howard is in spring training early looking good. Ill take all those 30 -1 dogs even if they have fleas and cross my fingers , lock down for a fun summer.

Frost - Howard needs to smash the ball again. Once he lost all that weight 4 years ago his power numbers dropped..then we all know what happened with the achilles.
Hope that guy rakes this year, hits .260 with 50 bombs and 140 RBI's. If Abreu can hit .300 I don't mind him out there.
Also, RUFF had a year in the Bigs last yr which pays major dividends. Dude might yank 50 out this year too.

Is Ruf starting for certain? The lineup could be like: Ben Revere, Jimmy Rollins, Chase Utley, Ryan Howard, Dominic Brown, Marlon Byrd or Darin Ruf, Carloz Ruiz and Cody Asche.
Bobby Abreu, Wil Nieves, John Mayberry Jr., Roger Bernadina, Freddy Galvis, and Kevin Frandsen.
Cole Hamles, Cliff Lee, Kyle Kendrick, Miguel Gonzalez, and Roberto Hernandez.
Jonathan Pettibone, B.J. Rosenberg, Justin De Fratus, Michael Stutes, Mike Adams, Antonio Bastardo, Jonathon Papelbon.

Nationals are going to be tough in the NL East. They have one of, if not, the best rotation in the game right now. Especially with Atlanta losing McCann and Philly doing absolutely nothing this off season.
Tigers made a great move with Kinsler / Fielder. Should be rewarding, plus the SS got some end of yr experience which will help his impact this season.
Dodgers are getting old.....one or two injuries away from having nothing (just like Philly 2 yrs ago when Howard tore Achilles)
Red Sox should be contenders again this season. You can not take away experience playing in the WS / Playoffs. Pays dividends, not sure who is replacing Jacoby. Yanks should do nothing again this season.
Nats / Tigers in the WS. Detroit gets Boston in the championship and same goes for Nats and Dodgers.

Amazing Value / high ceiling for that team on a future. They had the experience, talent, and if it comes together could be a very valuable play IMO thats why I'm on board!!!

Reds- NL Reds starting pitching is solid and with their 2 setup men back in the lineup along with Chapman as closer they will contend for the NL Title. Billy Hamilton in the lineup will be a boost for the offense.
Tigers- AL With a healthy Miggy back in the lineup the Tigers should be the team to beat in the AL.
Reds shake off recent playoff blues and win it all.
Please don't think I am a Reds homer because I live in Ohio. I am actually an Indians Fan.

If you asked me right now I'd go with dodgers vs yankees, i like the tigers as well for the AL. But I think its yankees year this year (mets fan from New York)

the nats are/will be overvalued again this yr. their o/u # will be 94, will go under by about 3 to 4 games. Is Jeter getting ready for the over 40 yrs of age slow pitch softball season? Just curious.
