be back in a bit if baby coach and melo show up. interested in their takes on the cubs and red sox games.
Metta - haven't yet looked at the Cubs game, but I'm liking the BoSox TT o4.5. Feldman has pitched well of late, but there is no denying that the Sox offense is one of the hottest in the majors averaging 7.1 runs/game over their last 10. Further, nomatter what split you look at (home, v. RHP, Sept, etc...), you'll find them amongst the team leaders in just about every single category. Finally, Sox hit Feldman hard in their only other meeting his year and smell blood in the water being able to eliminate the O's from the AL East division crown with a win this evening.

Feldman's recent performance has me a little afraid here

Just looked over the Cubs/Brewers game and going with Brewers TT o3.5. Jeff Samardzija is leaking oil...big time...which is understandable seeing that he's already eclipsed his career high for innings pitched/season by 20 this year already. Working this out further, he averages roughly 16 pitches/inning which works out to 320 additional pitches and counting. That said, I like the Brewers' chances of scoring 4+ tonight with maybe a few bombs mixed in.

Hey guys. Did lousy in the bases yesterday and lost the BIG play. Only good thing was the football tease came in pretty easy.
Starting out tonight, going to double-up on a couple games....
1st 5 innings NYY -105 MEDIUM. Yanks Pettitte has been pitching fairly well. Hasn't given up more than 3 runs in last 7 starts, and in two starts vs Jays last month, went 13 innings with only 1 run. Jays Dickey not awful but worse than Pettitte, and doesn't have much hitting to back him up.
NYY TT Over 3.5 -135 MEDIUM. I think between Dickey and the bullpen Yanks should be able to get to 4 runs fairly easily. And after getting swept by Red Sox, they should be anxious to put some on the board.
Bos TT Over 4 -135 MEDIUM. Coach is right on about this one, but I've got the better line. O's Feldman doesn't look good enough to hold back smokin' Sox offense; they beat him good on Jul 27 and have been tearing it up at home. And they give Dempster HUGE run support; probably the highest in the league.
1st 5 innings Over 4.5 -110 Balt/Bos MEDIUM. Dempster certainly gives up his share of runs, and a couple to the O's might be more than we need.

Tigers TT o4.5 - I don't normally lay this amount of juice, but just don't see anything that would lead me to believe that Maurer can keep the Tigers under this number.
