I know this is not college football related, but has anyone else gotten a virus on their computers recently from either this site or 5dimes? I am not sure which one is causing the virus, but I had just gotten my computer cleaned up and now I appear to have a virus again and these are the only two sites I could see potentially causing it. Just curious if anyone else is having this problem so I can try and figure out if it is possibly this site.
I would like to notify the mods of whichever site is so they can hopefully rectify the problem.

Can you be more specific? I mean what is the virus doing?
One thing that happens is the internet stops working for a few seconds and then comes back up. Then, when it really kicks in I can no longer use my microsoft office products, which is what has happened now again. Frustrating because this is my work laptop, so now I have to take it back in to our IT group.
Since I already have the virus again, I would like to figure out what site is causing it before I get it fixed.

How do you get viruses without downloading tho? I don't see how ads and shit can give you viruses.
it automatically downloads without having your permission. most likely there is a clear banner over a tab you click on that is giving it permission.
example, one of the pop up ads you cannot see, that is lingering right over the match ups tab, so when you go to research a game, you hit that banner without even knowing it.

The ads are in cahoots with the malware anti-virus software companies. These same companies know the malware so well they can create them--and so they do. It is in their interest to do so.
The insiders who design Windows release details to help attack the system (w/o bringing it down totally) in order to create needed other products.
It's fucked up, but it's just business and it happens in all walks of life.
