I've read on here several times about wagers being graded incorrectly...easy fix usually, just call or chat with customer service and any reputable book will fix it pretty easily...
BUT...what if the mistake is in your favor? What is the best course of action there?? I feel like they will eventually catch it, but maybe not. I'm just not sure what the rules are, I can start playing my "winnings" and then they can take it away anyway?? Not sure how to handle this one, ever happened to any of you?

I have never had this happen, so it's tough to say. On one hand, I always say what goes around comes around, so it's best to be honest and tell them straight up what happened and go from there. On the other hand, when dealing with books, one can be a little wary of what would happen if the situation were reversed.
Bottom line is, I would notify somebody at customer service and see what happens. As long as you are certain the mistake was in your favor and you know the money isn't yours to begin with.....that way not only will you have a clear conscience, but you will not have to worry about money being taken away later.

If its not alot of money tell them but if it is a substantial amount cash out and use another book if they put your account in the negative after finding it if they ever do. Just cash out and let the dust settle.

Let them know about it - they'll of course be thankful and hopefully if you have any problems in the future they'll realize that you were a decent guy before, and it may help you....
