If the hurricanes take care of the fuckin ball they win this one by 10 to 14, miami's speed on defence will give pitt hell and don't be suprised if that D gets a couple of scores in this one, I like the hurricanes -3

Public on Miami an the spread goes down, give me the home team small, I do realize Miami speed wise on defence should handle Pitts offence but I jus have a feelin about this one. Pitt slows the game down shortens the game with the run and protecting the ball.
Pitt +3 The U- 17 Pitt-16

Just like everyone last night thought the Saints were going to wipe the field with San Fran.....San Fran should have won that game...
Miami....will they come out on fire to prove they are the best one loss team? I will say that Miami looks to have the better athletes and coaching staff....
But just like last weeks Houston/UCLA game.....90% was on Houston....and UCLA wipped them like little boys....
Say what you want....Vegas doesnt give money away...like is at 3.5 most places....and 85% on Miami.....Ya...i know....percentage of people betting small....vs. someone betting one large sum....blah, blah......houston, and even the saints game was similar.....and niether of the two covered.....
I will be on Pitt......

exactly.. granted, sometimes it does backfire.. perfect example is Auburn @ Miss State this year (although that game was alot closer then people expected, and Miss State had a chance to win at the end).. but 9/10 this strategy works.. I also like to fade teams coming off of a big win (Arizona) and bet on teams that lost big wins (Iowa)..

Miami hasnt played since 9/11 v OSU, so short week is not a factor for either team

if the public perception on the ACC is down, why is 85% of the public on Miami.. like i stated earlier, Miami is a very public play, and everyone, including alot on this forum are considering this to be a bounce back play..

Some of you got me looking twice at Pitt. Still think Miami gets those quick score and a special teams filed position, but Pitt should hang tough. Going to be a tough call so will likely tease Pitt and the under as I did the Niners last night...though it barely covered the under with OT.
Thanks for the input.

Stache will call the fade to the corner of the endzone from the 1 inch line with 2 seconds on the clock and Canes cover.......
Priceless..........

The Canes loss to Ohio St. was due to their sloppy play. It's hard to choose a side on this one for me as I don't know which Miami team will show up.
Although both teams have a lot of speed I feel the Canes have the edge on their side as far as speed but they will need to stop the Pitt rushing game with Lewis & Graham in the backfield.
If Pitt wins they get back into national ranking..If the Canes win they stay in the national ranking...
I'll probably just lay off this one so good luck to all that plays this game

Miami didn't get blown away by ohio st. they kept it relatively close for how good the buckeyes really are and in ohio too!
Pitt would have been blown away in the horse shoe if you ask me.
I'm going Miami ML hard on this one!!
Even though I think pitt is out matched here, and with the blow up that the miami coach had after the last Miami game they should come out strong in this one. This year thursday night home dogs are not the trend so far. Put your money on the canes ML or the spread!
