What's up buddy, my home town is Beckley WV, and like yourself I support WVU in heart.
Not sure what happened in the Pitt game, if they would have won that game, I honestly think the coach would have still left for Michigan.
Coach Rod did great things for WVU, yes his timeing sucked with the Michigan deal. But he needs a better challenge in life.
People move on in life and set goals no one understands, but themself.
I pray WVU lands a solid coach, not Tommy Bouden from Auburn, or Skip Holtz from ECU.
We need a new breath of fresh air at WVU, and someone that can open that team up a little more.
People held coach Rod back in the Ath. Dept. at WVU.
He wanted bigger brighter things for the school, but they held back.
Life will go on, and if Slayton returns next season, WVU could really be something.
As far as the Sooners, well let's be honest here, the match up and size is not in our advantage. The sooners do give up large passing yards, so who ever coaches them in the game, needs to open it up.
Take care & happy holidays.

Ya i just dont like the way he handled the whole situation. Their had to have been a better way to go about it. It really made him look bad, plus coming out with the couple of small issues he said made him leave dosent help his image either.
Michigan has alot of tradition but i dont think they will give him the time to succede up their, no one on that team fits his scheme, his only prayer is that Pryor comes to Michigan if he dosent he is going to do terribly for a while.
Im really hoping we get the coach from central michigan cant remember his name off the top of my head. He coached under rod and knows the system and has had success at central michigan with it so their wont be as much turnover and hopefully we stay as competitive next season
As for the Pitt game im just saying he threw the game. Im sure he didnt but it just makes more sense.
And like i said i will be cheering my butt off for WVU but its going to take a whole heck of alot for us too beat oklahoma.
