I'm down 90U and need a BAIL OUT. I'm not sure if I should play each game or do a Parlay. The games I'm looking at to play are...Arizona, Airforce, Tenn, Auburn, WVirg, LSU, TCU, and Troy..not sure on the Big game yet. Any thoughts or ideas would be great.....

Find a good ML game. College, pro or even an NBA game. The more games to choose from, the better. Then tack on your best 2 or 3 plays on to that ML game.

I am not going to give you a pick but more general advice.
First, ask yourself these two questions:
1) "Am I up overall sportsbetting?"
2) "Can i win sportsbetting in the longrun?"
I say this because it is obvious you made this post because you are down big. Whether you lost all that money in one play or over a long period of time, the fact is you put yourself in the bad situation.
Be honest with yourself and come up with a truthful yes or no answer. Only you will know since other don't know your wagering history.
If your answer is no, either Quit sports betting altogether or stop betting amounts that you can't afford to lose.
If your answer is "Yes, I think I can beat the books in the longrun" then try and think of what mistakes you have made in the past, and try to make your way back one game at a time. Remember, that you are in this for the long run and there is no need to try and get even in one shot.
Look at the card and narrow it down to a few games you like. Then put the time in and do your research on the games. Study the line and try to get a sense of the public's perception on the game. You can get consensus information on sportsinsights or vegasinsider. If you don't feel confident in your own pick, then don't put in any wagers or look at other people's analysis of the game.
Finally, I understand you are down and would like some help from other people but I suggest you only take other people's picks with a grain of salt. At the end of the day, you can only choose the game yourself and why let someone else decide what you put your money on? Be confident in your own picks and that you can pick a winner. If you can't, you shouldn't be doing this.
Good luck in the future and I hope you did not take this the wrong way. Sports betting is one of the hardest things to be succesful at. Thats why the books are still in business.
