I whole heartedly agree.

this guy is a fool. a total idiot. we beat vt at vt last year. we beat auburn at auburn a few years ago. we beat miami in miami as nearly 20 point dogs a few years ago. we've beaten clemson at clemson. seriously dude you just have no idea what you are talking about.

Sorry for stalking you again here in Week 7...
But man, what a difference a few weeks can make. A few weeks ago, the way you were talking up Clemson, you'd think they were already penciled in for the BCS title game and the way you were downgrading your own school in Ga Tech, you'd think even Temple would have a chance against them (maybe not that extreme, lol). We all saw how completely wrong you were on that one, now you're back on the Yellowjacket bandwagon this week.
I agree with Moosed, you go from Anti-Homer to Complete-Homer, I think you have no idea what to believe at this point. I know it varies from week to week how you feel about a team based on their opponent, but you go from giving no credit whatsoever to your Jackets before that Clemson game to giving all the credit in the world to them now before this game with Miami (Fla), I just find it funny, that's all.
This game just screams no-play, like the one poster said above, the only thing that should appeal to you about this contest is the UNDER. You're going to go out of your skull trying to handi-cap this game with these two schizo squads.

I didn't know I was supposed to know every play you make or make against Tech, but congrats anyways, and also, congrats to me b/c like you, I also bet the Terps last Saturday.
And how was I wrong on Ga Tech/Clemson? I bet Ga Tech, Ga Tech won, usually if I understand how betting works, that would mean my Ga Tech bet would have been correct and your bet on Clemson would have been a loss which also means you were wrong.
You can save the what-ifs and the Clemson missed X amount of FG's or I would have won my bet, basically it boiled down to, Clemson not showing up and coming out flat on the road when everyone expected them to kick ass and they did not. I told you that whole week, as well as some other Covers posters, that it was a bad spot for Clemson and good spot at home for the Jackets, and you thought I was drinking Draino.

Listen buddy, you opened yourself up to be made fun of for however long I deem appropriate with that Clemson/Ga thread. Basically annointing Clemson as the winners of the game 6 days before it was even played. You have to be able to take the heat when you're completely fucking wrong, this is a forum, thousands to millions of people are read what you said. I could have let you off the hook and never mentioned it again, but how fun would that have been?
Feel free to ride my ass the rest of the season on picks that I lose on. I'll take the heat b/c I play them, I just don't know how good your riding will be b/c I don't make outlandish claims days beforehand to set myself up for a bashing.

Here you go again with more numbers now, you tried this with the Clemson game and it didn't get you very far, probably made you confident in your pick, as it should of. I'm not totally dismissing trends, there are times to use them in your handicapping, and other times when, no matter how strong they appear to be, they don't mean shit, just a false hope to get you to the opening kickoff feeling confident.
This Ga Tech/Miami game is more of a situational play than a trends play, the hard part is, what team to take, in what situation, when it comes to that point, it should be clear that you should probably steer clear of the game and find a better game on the board.

Bi-Polar vs. Bad, and still living on the success of over a decade ago........I think I like Bi-Polar here

bp -- you hope?? lol. ok. but no it wasnt directed towards you. it was towards this homer who keeps throwing his money away trying to get a read on his team.
i do have to disagree with one thing you said, miami was NOT the play last week. they had their asses handed to them. garbage comeback points when one team is trying to not shit themselves arent very impressive, imo. but gl bp. you seem to have your head on straight.
