Already on em Bib but happy to see you are calling it a Bibendi Special. This team is for real, they were very impressive against N. Ill last week and Miami D is nowhere near as good. I am leanin Under because I think Ball St will play good D and hold Miami to a low point total.

As always I will compare Ball St.'s road performance vs. Miami's home. We've got....@Akron 41-24. Ball St. was winning 31-10 after the 3rd quarter and got complacent. Nate the Great was a monster completing 24 passes for 300 yards and wouldve been more had they needed it. He hit six receivers atleast twice during the game. They forced the quarterback into throwing 4 interceptions and he had the majority of his yards in garbage time. Next.....@Indiana 42-20. Pretty impressive scoreline over a below average Big 10 team. They were able to overcome the loss of their star receiver and didnt allow a 2nd half point to a decent offense. They showed they can win in multiple ways. They turned away from their passing game and dominated the Hoosiers on the ground. 164 yards and 4 td's for their stud back. This proves to me that no matter what defensive set Miami goes with tonight, they will have an answer. They picked of Kellen Lewis twice, but couldnt contain him when he took off. This game could have been even uglier but they did allow a defensive touchdown. Miami does not possess the running qb that Indiana has so the rushing stats there dont mean a whole lot to me. The next road matchup was @Toledo 31-0. Pretty thorough beatdown over a horrible team. They did get off to a slow start again though, only up 3-0 at halftime. It seems this team for the most part feels out the other squad early on and then pours it on when playing on the road. Lewis was a monster on the ground again and they also again won the turnover battle 1-0, allowing only 14 yards on the ground. I wish Miami would have played Toledo b/c I believe these teams to be equally badBut no such luck. Lastly, they went into a tough place to play, Western Kentucky( that big red mascot is intimidating) and won 24-7. Once again they got off to a slow start on the road(Don't take them in a 1st half bet) with only 7 points. They grew the lead to 24-0 though with less than a minute left when WKU threw a td pass in garbage time. They did allow a whopping 34 yards on the ground though. Ever since Love has gone down, this team has become more balanced and I think it is keeping the opposing defenses off balance. What do I take out of this?? Ball St. has a nasty defense that has been getting better week to week. The majority of the points they give up have been late garbage points. They start pretty slowly, but wear a team down with the running game and step on them late.

Miami has surprisingly been road warriors this year. They have only played 4 home games and have fared awfully. Their lone win was against Charleston Southern and I need to ask if that actually counts? It definitely shouldnt. So I wont even bother with that game. Opening game of the year they hosted Vandy. It was 27-10 at halftime. They got dominated and the hegemony continued into the 2nd half. The best part is, Vandy didnt even have to pass the ball. A killer 91 yards in the air was enough for a 34-13 victory! The quarterback Raudabaugh threw 3 int's. Hmm, doesnt Ball St. feast on those picks?? Vandy ran all over Miami and their RB put up numbers very similar to what the Ball St back has been putting up recently. Next home game pitted them with the MAC powerhouse Temple. 28-10 loss. Miami was splitting time at QB during this game to not much success. They combined for 0 touchdowns and 1 interception. They also allowed Temple's backup QB to throw 3 touchdowns!! I think we all saw Temple at home a few weeks ago, and they had a pathetic offense with their starter. If Miami cant stop Temple, how will they stop they balanced Ball St. attack?? They did have success on the ground during this game, but Ball St seems to specialize in taking that away. The best part is, Miami had 4 turnovers in this game. Next home game was another MAC powerhouse in Kent St. Look out. The Golden Flashes dropped 54 on this team and were once leading 54-7! Yes the same Kent St. squad that lost by 21 to Ball St. Thats a whopping 68 points differential before the garbage touchdowns. Turnover battle, 6-0! How can you bet on a team that cant hang onto the ball even when they are the home team. Kent St. had multiple rushers go over 100 yards and did whatever they wanted to this Miami squad. Ridiculous. This game was followed up by their 20 point loss in Buffalo.
So to sum it up,
Ball St. has a balanced offense that score points regardless. Miami turns the ball over at will. Miami will attempt to sustain a running game that Ball St. is made to stop. National stage for a Ball St. team looking to make another statement. Miami is out of bowl contention and has nothing to play for but pride.
Prediction:
Ball St.-49 Miami-10
BOL Everyone, let me hear that 90% of the public is with me and that I'm crazy to bet this game with a Vegas released number....I cant wait...

The only thing that worries me is Miami playing well because they don't want to be embarassed at home. Miami did play a decent Bowling Green team tough but that was their only good game and it was on the road.
I hope Ball St gets off to a quick start because I don't think you want to give this Miami team a reason to believe.
