Saint Johns flies across country for a 10 am Pacific start. Ucla should truck
thats 1 pm eastern for the johnnies though, might be harder for ucla for that early am game. Either way, i wouldn't read TOO much into it, might be slightly relevant. Trying to find evidence of it right now.

Be careful on UNLV. I am diehard Rebel and go to a lot of their home games. We are very streaky and if we aren't hitting the 3, teams easily go on runs against us. I was at the T&M when BYU handed us our asses earlier in the year. I don't think Rebels will look as bad offensively but BYU will bring it.
I guess I can take comfort int he fact that we didn't shoot well against Utah and still beat them relatively easily. Our defense was a steel curtain in that game despite Utah's 7'3'' Center on the inside.
I will just say that the only team when BYU was playing at home that didn't suffer a double digit defeat was Utah State the second game of the season. This is a much diff. Cougar team at this point. Even SDSU lost by DD. GL but I'm probably staying away from this game

i would urge you to avoid Wazzu cuz of that road record, but this has become a must-win after the embarrassing loss the other night. Not sure I want to trust jump-shooting teams on the road at this time of year even in a must-win, though...
Like the revenge factor with NW, just not confident in their defense, and I am sorta regretting not grabbing BC +3.5 at the open

Here's a wazzu situation I entered in the database:
Road favorites, who are off a game where they were favored on the road and lost by 20+: only 21 situations in last 20 years if you can believe that, 8-13 ATS
if same scenario but lost by 10+ previous game, its 80-78 ATS, 42-44 if line is between PK and -5
