4 games on par right now with lines...and that is probably it...
Drexel @ St. Joe -5.5
Youngstown St. @ Xavier 17.5
Massachusetts @ UCF -3.5
Cleveland St. @ St. Bonaventure +1
Quick glance the line seem about right. I figured Mass around 3, X high teens and Joes around 4...drexel might have a shot to cover 5.5...quick early lean there. Also lean on Bonnies...I would have thought they would be a slight favorite at home with their best team in forever against a CLE st team that lost some of their talent from the NCAA last year. CLE ST might be laying here due to the fact that people remember their big win in the dance.
Early leans:
Bonnies +1
Drexel +5.5 (I can see myself falling off this if it goes under 5...might not even play at 5.5, need to look more, but if this moves to 6+ I think I will be on it).

That Joes/Drexel game should be REALLY low scoring...I anticipate something in the mid-low teens. If I can get a good line (120+ I will be playing for SURRRE). No idea what to expect from vegas here. Both teams should have major trouble scoring and Joes are always willing to slow the pace down. I assume that to be the case again.

As for my hawks, just a word that Phil has been telling anyone who will listen that sju will be running this year and playing a free flowing offense where quick shots are encouraged. As you referred to, this is quite a change for our offense over the past few seasons where we were content to play games in the low 60's.
Martelli is good at coaching the style of play around the strenghts of his roster. Part of the reason for the hawks slow play the last few seasons was quite frankly lack of players due to transfers, academic casualitys and poor recruiting. SJU played last season with 7 legitimate D1 players on their roster. We added 4 newcomers this season (3 frosh + 1 transfer from Bucknell) and will now employ a 9 man rotation. Phil spoke with season ticket holders last night and mentioned that he doesn't expect any player to avg over 30mins/game given the expected speed of our games.

crus what do u think the line will be for the charlotte unc-asheville im thinking 10 or so charlotte has a couple of suspension and a few injuries plus alot of new comers. charlotte usually plays to the level of their opp. im liking unc-ash as low as +9.

Jameer...nice to see you on board. Good info regarding St. joes. Might make me lay off a total. I should watch St. Joes to see how they do it...I just dont see them scoring a ton regardless, their offense doesnt seem to have any reliable guy outside of maybe Govens, but he shouldnt be a #1 scoring option...more like a 3...

drexel definitely seems like the bet in that game.
i was going to give youngstown a thought if they were getting more points, i expected a bigger spread myself 20 or 21, not sure its worth it at that number.

Umass is one I PROBABLY am going to lay off on. UCF I think is kind of young and inexperienced. However, Umass has a lot of new faces as well. I hate to put any stock in exhibition games, but Mass played poorly against DII school Dowling and won by 2 pts. Mass can win that game by 10 or lose by 10...

Today is a busy day for me. Funeral to attend (pall bearer etc) and then work...I wont get much of a chance to look really hard until around 5pm. I can tell you guys I will definitely be on the Bonnies, Drexel is a possible...and of course I would like to see the O/U's...

It is tough to really gauge these unders. If St. joes really plans on running, I dont think I can take the under. I have to see how it works for them. Maybe I will see how the first half goes...one play for now...
Leans: Drexel +5.5 (hoping for 6), still looking at totals...
