Snyder is the HC for K-State. That carries a ton of weight with oddsmakers.
Also, we will have to check the weather.....usually windy in Manhattan; can be a place where high powered offenses go to die.
All that being said, I am not sure that KSU can slow down the country nerd Malzahn's spread running attack.
This is a game where Auburn can prove that they are an elite program again this season. We will see.....

Everyone talks about how last week's game with OU-Tenn was suppose to change the perception of the Big 12 being able to compete with the SEC, but this game is going to really show what each team is made of early on.
I like the signal caller the Wildcats have, the kid is a gamer and reminds me a lot of that qb Hill at BYU, both are dangerous with that zone-read look. I think KSU can put up some points on that Auburn defense. This could very well turn into a shootout, which the Wildcats would want to avoid. So my guess is KSU will be mixing it up a lot with running the ball and getting into third and short while controlling the clock and keeping Auburn's offense on the sideline.
Auburn's overall team speed will probably be the difference in this battle, but make no mistake that this game is huge for the Big 12. What makes me stay away from this one is that the last time KSU seen a team with this much speed and firepower on offense, Oregon torched them in the Fiesta Bowl. Should be a fun game to watch regardless.

just FYI, Auburn is 3-9 SU when they are on the road game, this dates back from 2012.
