Went 12-8 last year. Love betting win totals. Here is who I have for the upcoming season.
Buffalo - Under 6.5
Cleveland (big) - Under 6.5
Media is in love with Manziel and thinks this guy is gold. Like the defense, but I don't see them winning 7+ games.
Houston - Under 7.5
Weak division, but have they improved that much? What if Andre Johnson walks away from the team?
Indianapolis (big) - Over 9.5
Added more weapons to Luck's arsenal. I see them challenging the Broncos for the best record in the AFC.
Jacksonville - Under 4.5
+145 is the main reason for betting this. Every year, there are a couple teams that finish with less than 5 wins - do you see them being better than 3-4 other teams this year?
Kansas City - Under 8
Teams tend to regress towards the mean. Don't see them winning 9+ games this year, especially given their drop-off in the second half of last season.
New Orleans (big) - Over 9.5
Added some younger playmakers on offense and the defense made huge strides last year.
Philadelphia - Over 9
Not sold on Foles, but I think they still win the division with a win percentage above .500.
St. Louis - Under 7.5
In the AFC South, they are a 10-6 team. Will struggle to find a divisional win - adding another two teams to the playoffs would greatly benefit a team like the Rams.
Tampa Bay - Under 7
Think Lovie Smith has too much confidence in his signal-caller. Height of receives is intriguing, but I think the 'jump-ball' mentality could lead to injuries and turnovers.
Washington (big) - Over 7.5
Redskins could challenge Eagles for divisional crown. With a full off-season RGIII should return to form. If Garcon can stay healthy and DJax can pick up where he left off, this could be the surprise team of the year.
- Good luck and enjoy the season
