With American football on the mind in London this weekend as the St. Louis Rams and New England Patriots are set to play at Wembley Stadium, William Hill in the UK has set a wave of prop bets not only for the game, but for the sport’s future in the city.
Available overseas now are 4/1 odds on the NFL having a franchise in London by the end of 2020.
“Wembley is never empty whenever the NFL comes to town and the passion that is shown by the English fans would lend itself perfectly to its own franchise,” William Hill spokesman Joe Crilly said.
